🌈He Makes All Things New
✨Good Blessed Encouraging Mondays, Family, Friends, and New Encouragers!
As we stand at the doorway of a brand-new year, we pause to hear the voice of the One who sits on the throne — the One who speaks with authority, tenderness, and truth:
📖“Look, I am making everything new!” — Revelation 21:5 (NLT)
This is not just a verse…
It is a promise, a posture, and a proclamation from the heart of God.
It means:
• Your year can end in peace, not regret.
• Your story can shift, even in the final days of December.
• Your health, your mind, your habits, your spiritual walk — God can breathe NEW life into all of it.
• And whatever felt broken, tired, or discouraged — He can make NEW.
👏🏼A Celebration of December’s Temple-Care Journey
Whether you completed:
• 21 days,
• 10 days,
• 5 days,
• or even 1 intentional step,
God SAW it.
God HONORED it.
And God strengthened you through it.
Every moment you chose clean food…
Every moment you paused before eating late at night…
Every glass of water…
Every smoothie…
Every small victory…
It all counted.
This month wasn’t about perfection.
It was about obedience, consistency, and taking care of the temple God gave you.
Now We Prepare for January — A Fresh Start
On January 5th, we begin the 21-Day Temple Care + Intermittent Fasting Challenge.
It is the same clean-eating focus from December, PLUS the gentle rhythm of intermittent fasting.
What Is Intermittent Fasting?
A simple practice that gives your body time to repair, digest, and reset.
Choose an eating window that fits your lifestyle:
• 8AM–6PM
• 10AM–6PM
• 12PM–8PM
• Or whatever window allows you to eat for 8 hours and rest your body for 16 hours.
This is NOT starvation.
This is NOT restriction.
This is NOT punishment.
This is letting your body breathe, the way God designed it to.
And when you do eat —
Eat clean, simple, plant-based, nourishing foods, just like December.
Your body, mind, sleep, and spirit will thank you.
Reflection: He Makes All Things New
As we close out 2025:
• Release what God never intended you to carry.
• Surrender what you cannot fix.
• Celebrate what you survived.
• Honor what you learned.
• And trust God for the NEW He is preparing.
This is not just the end of a month.
This is the birth of a renewed you.
🙏🏼Prayer
LORD, thank You for being God and for making all things new!
Renew our strength, restore our peace, and reset our health.
Guide our steps as we finish this year with hope and enter the next with expectation.
Help us to walk in discipline, joy, clarity, and obedience.
Make our bodies stronger, our minds calmer, our spirits sharper,
and our faith deeper in the year ahead.
We praise and we pray this in Jesus’s powerful name — Amen.
💛Closing Blessing
May God’s peace settle over our home this week.
May His love steady our thoughts.
May His strength carry us into a brand-new year.
And may His promise echo in our heart:
“Behold, I am making all things new.”
MUCH LOVE FOR YOU ALL!
