😊👋🏼 GOOD, BLESSED, ENCOURAGING MONDAYS, FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND NEW ENCOURAGERS!

⚓💖 Title/Theme: Anchored in the LORD

📖 Opening Scriptures

Hebrews 6:19 (NLT)
“This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls…”

1 Corinthians 15:58 (NLT)
“Be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the LORD, for you know that nothing you do for the LORD is ever useless.”

Psalm 43:5 (ESV)
“Why are you cast down, O my soul…? Hope in God…”

🤔😊 Reflection

Have you ever felt like everything around you was changing?

Maybe friendships have changed.

Maybe school feels overwhelming.

Maybe you’re worried about your future.

Maybe you’re dealing with pressure, disappointment, or situations that seem completely out of your control.

Life can sometimes feel like waves pushing you in every direction.

📖 That’s why Hebrews 6:19 gives us such an encouraging picture. It tells us that our hope in Jesus is an anchor for our souls.

Think about what an anchor does.

An anchor doesn’t stop the wind from blowing.

It doesn’t stop the waves from coming.

But it keeps the boat from drifting away.

Being anchored in the LORD doesn’t mean life will always be easy.

It means that when life becomes difficult, you don’t have to be pulled away by fear, anxiety, or discouragement.

God remains the same even when everything else changes.

📖 Psalm 43:5 reminds us that it’s okay to be honest about how we feel.

The writer admits that his heart is discouraged.

But he doesn’t stay there.

He tells himself:

“Hope in God.”

Sometimes we have to remind ourselves of God’s truth even when our emotions tell us something different.

Feelings are real.

But they are not meant to become our foundation.

God’s promises are.

📖 Paul also encourages us in 1 Corinthians 15:58 to stand firm and continue serving the LORD because our work for Him is never wasted.

Whether you’re showing kindness to a classmate, making wise choices, encouraging a friend, or growing in your relationship with Christ, God sees your faithfulness.

Don’t let temporary situations determine your future.

Stay anchored in the One who never changes.

🙏🏼 Today’s Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for being our strong and steady anchor.

When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, help us remember that our hope is found in You.

Teach us to trust Your promises instead of allowing fear or discouragement to control our hearts.

When we feel pressured, remind us that You are always with us.

Help us stand firm in our faith, make wise choices, and continue following You even when life feels difficult.

Thank You for loving us, guiding us, and giving us strength each day.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

💛 Reflection Questions

  1. What situations have been making you feel uncertain lately?

  2. How does knowing that God never changes encourage you?

  3. What does it mean to stay anchored in the LORD during difficult seasons?

  4. What is one way you can place your hope in God this week?

💛 Living It Out

This week, whenever you begin feeling anxious, discouraged, or overwhelmed, pause for a moment.

Take a deep breath.

Remember Hebrews 6:19.

Say to yourself:

“My hope is anchored in the LORD.”

Instead of focusing only on what’s happening around you, focus on the God who never changes.

Allow His promises to steady your heart.

💖 Encouragement for Today

Storms don’t last forever.

Difficult seasons come and go.

But God’s faithfulness remains the same.

No matter what you’re facing today, you are not facing it alone.

Stay close to Jesus.

Keep trusting Him.

Keep growing.

Keep moving forward.

When your hope is anchored in the LORD, you can stand firm no matter what comes your way.

💖 Today’s Proclamation

Today we choose to anchor our hope in the LORD. We will not allow fear, pressure, or changing

circumstances to pull us away from God’s truth. We will stand firm, trust His promises,

and continue following Him each day. Our hope is secure because God is faithful, His love never changes,

and He is always with us. In Christ, we are anchored, strengthened, and encouraged.

💞 MUCH LOVE FOR YOU ALL!

😊😎 Have a Blessed, safe, wonderful day, week, and summer!

🎯 How to Release Your Worries and Burdens to the LORD

📖 Opening Scriptures (NLT)

Read Together Week:

  • Psalm 68:19

  • Psalm 55:22

  • Philippians 4:6–7

📖 Psalm 68:19 (NLT)

Praise the Lord; praise God our Savior! For each day he carries us in his arms. Interlude

📖 Matthew 11:28–30 (NLT)

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”

📖 1 Peter 5:7 (NLT)

“Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”

God doesn’t ask us to carry our worries until they become unbearable. He lovingly invites us to bring every concern to Him because He cares deeply for us. Every time worry returns, we have another opportunity to place it back into His hands, trusting that His love, wisdom, and strength are greater than our own.

💛 Reflection

Have Have you ever carried something on your mind that you didn’t tell anyone about?

Maybe it was pressure at school.

A friendship that changed.

Family struggles.

An unanswered prayer.

Fear about the future.

A mistake you wish you could take back.

Or maybe you’re trying to be “strong” for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed inside.

The truth is, everyone carries burdens sometimes.

But God never intended for you to carry them alone.

Jesus says in Matthew 11 that when we are weary and carrying heavy burdens, we can come to Him. He doesn’t tell us to fix everything first. He doesn’t tell us to hide our struggles or pretend everything is okay.

He simply says,

“Come to Me.”

That invitation is still true today.

God cares about what matters to you.

Nothing is too small for Him.

Nothing is too big for Him.

Sometimes we think trusting God means we’ll never have problems again.

That’s not what the Bible teaches.

Following Jesus doesn’t remove every challenge, but it does mean you never have to face those challenges by yourself.

When worry begins filling your thoughts, don’t carry it by yourself.

Pray.

Talk honestly with God.

Read His Word.

Ask Him for wisdom.

Trust Him one step at a time.

Every time the worry comes back, give it back to God again.

That isn’t weakness.

That’s faith.

God is always ready to listen, always ready to help, and always faithful to walk with you through whatever you’re facing.

🙏🏼 Today’s Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving me and caring about everything that concerns me.

Help me to bring my worries, fears, questions, and burdens to You

instead of trying to carry them by myself.

Remind me that I am never alone because You are always with me.

Give me wisdom, courage, and peace as I trust You one day at a time.

Help me to remember Your promises whenever I begin to worry.

Thank You for carrying me through every season of life.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

💛 Reflection Questions

  • What burden have you been trying to carry by yourself?

  • Why do you think it’s sometimes hard to give your worries to God?

  • What would trusting God with that burden look like this week?

  • Which Scripture from today’s lesson encourages you the most? Why?

💛 Living It Out

This week, every time you catch yourself worrying, stop for a moment and pray

before letting those thoughts take over.

Choose one burden you’ve been carrying and intentionally give it to God in prayer.

Then remind yourself throughout the week:

“I don’t have to carry this alone. God is with me.”

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t be afraid to talk with a trusted parent, guardian,

pastor, youth leader, or another mature Christian who can encourage you and pray with you.

🙏🏼 Today’s Proclamation

Today I choose to release my worries and burdens to the LORD.

I trust that God sees me, loves me, and cares about everything I’m facing.

I will not allow fear to control my thoughts because God’s peace is greater than my worries.

I will pray, trust God’s promises, and walk by faith one day at a time.

I am never alone because the LORD is with me wherever I go.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

💛 Encouragement for Today

You don’t have to have all the answers today.

You don’t have to carry every burden by yourself.

You don’t have to pretend you’re okay when your heart feels heavy.

God sees you.

God loves you.

God cares about you.

Bring your burdens to Him, trust Him with your future, and remember that His strength is always greater than anything you face.

You are never walking alone.

💞 Much love for you all!

🎯 Theme: Your Character Matters More Than Popularity

📖 Scripture (NLT)

Galatians 6:9 (NLT)

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time

we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”

😊👏🏼💖 Celebration & Recognition

Today, I want to celebrate the teens who are choosing character over popularity.

Maybe you walked away from gossip.

Maybe you refused to cheat.

Maybe you stood up for someone who was being treated unfairly.

Maybe you chose honesty when lying would have been easier.

Those choices may never trend online.

But they matter.

God is shaping your character one decision at a time.

😊👏🏼 🙏🏼 Praise

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for every teenager who desires to live in a way that honors You. Thank You for giving them strength to make good choices even when those choices are difficult.

Continue shaping their hearts and helping them become young men and women of integrity.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

💖 Real Talk

Let’s be honest.

Popularity can be tempting.

Sometimes it feels like everyone else is doing something they know isn’t right.

Maybe it’s gossip.

Maybe it’s cheating.

Maybe it’s making fun of someone just to fit in.

Maybe it’s pretending to be someone you’re not.

Here’s something I’ve learned:

Popularity can change overnight.

Character stays with you for life.

The people around you may remember what you wore.

God remembers who you became.

Every decision you make is building your character.

When you keep choosing what is right, even when it’s unpopular, you’re becoming the person God created you to be.

That kind of character will open doors that popularity never can.

🍎 Temple Care for Teens

Your mind is part of God’s temple.

This week, pay attention to what you’re allowing into it.

Choose one thing to replace:

  • Replace one negative song with worship music.

  • Replace one hour of scrolling with reading a chapter of the Bible.

  • Replace negative words with encouraging words.

Healthy minds help build healthy character.

💛 This Week’s Challenge

Choose one situation this week where you know the right thing to do—even if it’s not the popular thing.

Maybe it’s:

  • telling the truth,

  • refusing to join gossip,

  • helping someone who is often ignored,

  • admitting a mistake,

  • or simply being yourself instead of trying to fit in.

When the moment comes, ask yourself:

“Am I trying to impress people, or honor God?”

Then choose the answer you’ll be proud of later.

🙏🏼 Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Help me become a person of strong character.

Give me courage to choose what is right, even when it isn’t popular.

Teach me to care more about pleasing You than pleasing people.

Shape my heart so that my words, actions, and choices reflect Your love every day.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

💛 Weekly Encouragement

Popularity comes and goes. Character lasts a lifetime.

Keep becoming the young man or young woman God created you to be.

💞 Much love for you all!!!!

🎯 Theme:

# How We Measure Giving

---

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT)

*"And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"*

**— Acts 20:35 (NLT)**

---

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

When you hear the word giving, what's the first thing that comes to mind?

For many people, it's money. While giving financially is important, God reminds us that generosity goes much deeper than what's in our wallet.

You have something valuable to give every single day!!!!!!!!

You can give encouragement to someone who's having a hard day.

You can give your time to help a friend.

You can give forgiveness instead of holding on to bitterness.

You can give kindness when others choose criticism.

You can give a listening ear to someone who feels forgotten.

💛 Sometimes we believe the lie that we don't have much to offer because we don't have much money, influence, or experience. But that's not how God measures giving.

💛 God sees every encouraging word.

Every sincere prayer.

Every act of kindness.

Every choice to love someone well.

Those gifts matter.

As you grow in your relationship with Christ, continue asking Him to develop a generous heart—not only with your resources, but also with your words, your attitude, your compassion, and your actions.

God can use every gift you place in His hands.

---

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Our bodies give us the energy to serve, encourage, learn, and grow.

When we care for our bodies with healthy food, water, movement, and rest, we're better prepared to love and serve others well.

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish.

It's one way of faithfully stewarding what God has entrusted to you.

---

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

• Besides money, what gifts has God already placed in my life that I can use to bless others?

• When was the last time someone's encouragement made a difference in my life?

• How can I intentionally encourage, help, or pray for someone this week?

---

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for reminding me that generosity is about much more than money.

Help me recognize the gifts You've already placed in my life.

Teach me to encourage others, show kindness, serve with joy, and reflect Your love wherever I go.

Use my life to be a blessing to someone this week.

In Jesus' Name,

Amen.

---

💛 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you—only if you feel led—to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

💛 From Survival to Surrender — A Daily Proclamation (Teens)

🙏🏼 God,

Today I stop pretending I'm okay when I'm not.

I stop hiding behind habits, people, or pressure.

I stop trying to handle life on my own.

I let go of what feels good but pulls me away from You.

I release relationships and choices that confuse my peace and cloud my purpose.

Today, I choose alignment over approval.

Truth over popularity.

Healing over hiding.

God, I don't just want to get through life—

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender—

not because I'm weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

🎯 Theme: God Sees What Others Miss

📖 Scripture (NLT)

Galatians 6:9 (NLT)

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will

reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”

👏🏼😊 1. Celebration & Recognition

To every teen who quietly keeps doing the right thing…

Maybe you’re helping at home.

Maybe you’re staying out of trouble.

Maybe you’re trying harder in school.

Maybe you’re choosing kindness when others choose drama.

Maybe you’re growing closer to God.

Even if no one has said it lately…

I see you.

More importantly…

God sees you.

Keep going.

👏🏼😊 2. Praise

🙏🏼 Heavenly Father,

Thank You for every teenager who is trying to honor You, even when no one else notices.

Thank You for seeing every act of kindness, every good decision, every prayer,

and every step of obedience.

Help each teen remember that Your approval matters most.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

👏🏼💛 3. Real Talk

Have you ever stopped doing something good because nobody seemed to care?

Maybe you cleaned the kitchen once…and nobody thanked you.

Maybe you studied hard…and people only noticed the one question you missed.

Maybe you apologized first…and the other person never admitted they were wrong.

🤔 Here’s the question:

If nobody ever thanked you…would you still do what is right?

That’s where character is built.

Anyone can do the right thing when they’re applauded.

But God grows strong character in people who choose

obedience even when nobody is watching.

The question isn’t:

“Did anybody notice?”

The question is:

“Was God pleased?”

That’s a question you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life.

💛 This Week’s Challenge

This week, do one act of kindness that you intentionally tell no one about.

Help someone.

Encourage someone.

Pray for someone.

Pick up trash.

Wash the dishes.

Write a kind note.

Do it quietly.

Don’t post it.

Don’t announce it.

Don’t wait for someone to notice.

Then ask yourself Friday:

Was it enough knowing God saw it?

🍎 4. Temple Care for Teens

Taking care of your body is one way of honoring God.

This week, choose one healthy habit to practice consistently.

Drink more water.

Eat one extra serving of fruit.

Take a walk.

Stretch.

Get enough rest.

😊 Small, faithful choices matter.

5. Move

Take a 10-minute walk this week.

While you walk, thank God for three ways He has helped you keep doing good—even when no one noticed.

🙏🏼 6. Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for seeing what others sometimes miss.

When I feel unnoticed or discouraged, remind me that You see every good

choice, every act of kindness, and every step of obedience.

Help me keep doing what is right, not for applause, but because I love You.

Give me strength to keep growing into the young man or young woman You created me to be.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

😊💖 Weekly Encouragement

Remember all this week:

People may overlook your faithfulness…but God never does.

Keep doing good because He sees your heart.

💞 I LOVE YOU ALL!!

🎯 Theme: Living the Day with God

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.”
Psalm 118:24 (NLT)

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

Have you ever reached the end of the day feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or

wondering where God was while everything was happening?

Maybe you’ve been stressed about school, friendships, family, sports, work, or

figuring out what’s next. Sometimes life moves so fast that it’s easy to only think

about God when something goes wrong.

But God never intended for your relationship with Him to only happen on

Sundays or during difficult moments.

He wants to walk with you every day.

That means inviting Him into your classes, your conversations, your decisions,

your victories, your disappointments—even the ordinary parts of your day.

You don’t have to have a perfect routine or perfect life to stay connected with Him.

Just keep turning your heart toward Him.

When you do, you’ll begin to notice something changes.

Your perspective becomes clearer.

Your responses become wiser.

Your heart becomes steadier.

God isn’t asking you to carry life alone.

He’s inviting you to walk through it with Him.

If you’re looking for encouragement as you continue growing in your faith and confidence,

don’t forget to explore resources like Teens Who SOAR and the 7-Day Teen Confidence Reset,

created to help you grow stronger in Christ one step at a time.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

This week, choose one moment each day to slow down.

Take a deep breath.

Relax your shoulders.

Step away from your phone for a minute.

While you pause, simply pray:

“God, thank You for being with me right now.”

Caring for your mind and body creates space to become more aware of

God’s presence throughout your day.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  • When during your day do you find it easiest to forget that God is with you?

  • What is one part of your daily routine where you can intentionally invite God to walk with you this week?

  • How do you think your day might change if you paused more often to remember God’s presence?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

LORD,

Thank You for never leaving us to face life alone.

Help us remember that You are with us in every conversation, every decision,

every challenge, and every ordinary moment.

Teach us to stay connected to You throughout our day and to trust that

Your presence brings peace, wisdom, and strength.

Help us grow closer to You one day at a time.

Amen.

🎯 Theme: Don’t Get Tired of Doing Good

📖 Scripture (NLT)

Galatians 6:9 (NLT)

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right

time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”

 💞😊 Hey, Teens…

Have you ever felt like you’re trying your best, but nobody seems to notice?

Maybe you’re making better choices.

Maybe you’re staying out of trouble while others are chasing popularity.

Maybe you’re helping at home, being kind to others, studying hard, or trying to grow closer to God.

Yet it feels like people only notice your mistakes instead of your progress.

If you’ve ever felt that way, you’re not alone.

More importantly…

God sees you.

He sees every act of kindness.

He sees every temptation you walked away from.

He sees every respectful response, every encouraging word,

every honest decision, and every quiet act of obedience.

Sometimes people overlook the good because they’re focused on what’s wrong.

But God never overlooks faithfulness.

Keep doing what is right—not because you’re hoping someone will applaud you,

but because you’re becoming the young man or young woman God is shaping you to be.

Your character is growing even when no one else notices.

And one day, you’ll look back and realize that every faithful choice

helped prepare you for the future God had in mind.

So don’t give up.

Don’t grow discouraged.

Keep growing.

Keep trusting.

Keep doing good.

God sees every step.

💛 Encouraging Thought

People may not always notice your progress…

But God never misses a single faithful step.

 💛 This Week’s Teen Challenge

Choose one intentional act of kindness each day this week.

It doesn’t have to be big.

  • Encourage someone.

  • Help at home without being asked.

  • Pray for a friend.

  • Speak respectfully.

  • Include someone who feels left out.

  • Thank someone who makes a difference in your life.

Remember…

Doing good isn’t about getting attention.

It’s about reflecting the heart of Christ.

 🍎 Temple Care for Teens

Taking care of yourself is also one way of doing good.

This week, choose one healthy habit you can be faithful to.

Drink more water.

Eat a piece of fruit.

Get enough rest.

Take a walk.

Spend a few quiet moments with God before reaching for your phone.

Small, faithful choices add up over time.

 🙏🏼 Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for seeing every good thing we do, even when no one else notices. Help us not to become discouraged when we feel overlooked. Strengthen us to keep choosing kindness, honesty, faithfulness, and love each day. Continue shaping our character to reflect Jesus in the way we live, speak, and treat others. Remind us that You are always working in our lives, and that every faithful step matters.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

 💛 Teen Fridays Proclamation

🎯 Theme: Gratitude Changes the Day

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

Psalm 118:24

“This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be honest.

Some days are easier than others.

Some days everything seems to go right.

Other days feel frustrating, disappointing, stressful, or overwhelming.

When that happens, it’s easy to focus on what is wrong.

Maybe someone hurt your feelings.

Maybe you didn’t get the grade you wanted.

Maybe a friendship feels different.

Maybe you’re worried about something nobody else knows about.

The truth is that what we focus on often shapes how we experience our day.

When we focus only on what is going wrong, everything can start to feel heavier.

But God invites us to see something bigger.

Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending problems don’t exist.

It doesn’t mean ignoring your feelings.

It simply means recognizing that God’s goodness is still present, even when life isn’t perfect.

Maybe your situation hasn’t changed.

Maybe you’re still waiting for answers.

But can you still find something to thank God for today?

Maybe it’s a friend who cares.

Maybe it’s your family.

Maybe it’s another opportunity to learn, grow, or start fresh.

Maybe it’s simply the fact that God woke you up this morning.

One of the biggest lies teens sometimes believe is:

“Nothing good is happening.”

But that’s rarely true.

God is still working.

God is still teaching.

God is still guiding.

And when we practice gratitude, we begin to notice His presence in places we may have overlooked before.

This week, challenge yourself to look for God’s goodness every day.

Not because life is perfect.

But because God is faithful.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Gratitude and Rest

One way to thank God for your body is to give it the rest it needs.

Many teens are running on very little sleep because of schedules, activities, phones, stress, and busy lives.

This week, choose one night to put your phone away a little earlier and give your mind and body extra rest.

Good rest helps with focus, emotions, learning, and overall health.

Taking care of your body is one way of honoring the gift God has given you.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What is one thing in your life right now that you can genuinely thank God for?

  2. When you get frustrated, what do you tend to focus on first?

  3. How might practicing gratitude change the way you experience this week?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this day and for every blessing You provide.

Help us notice Your goodness, even when life feels difficult.

Teach us to focus on what is true, good, and worth being grateful for.

Strengthen our hearts, guide our choices, and remind us that You are always with us.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

💛 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

From Survival to Surrender — A Daily Proclamation (Teens)

💛 God,

Today I stop pretending I’m okay when I’m not.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender —

not because I’m weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

💞Much love for you all!!!

🌈TEEN FRIDAYS— JUNE 26, 2026

🎯 Theme: Walking It Out — Living This Daily

(What Honor Looks Like in Real Life)

😊Opening Welcome

“Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays.

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

😎💖 Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week, we celebrate:

  • Staying with this series all month

  • Thinking through real-life situations

  • Being open to growth—even when it wasn’t easy

  • Taking steps toward understanding your heart

  • Not shutting down—even when things felt heavy

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect before it is reaal..
Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

😊 Job well done.

👏🏼😊💖 Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖 Scripture (NLT)
“Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long,

full life in the land the Lord your God is giving you.”
— Exodus 20:12

💛 Encouraging Thought

Honor is not one big moment.

It’s a series of small, everyday choices.

💛 Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Before we get into today’s message—

if you missed the last few weeks, go back and check them out.

This whole month has been building step by step.

Now here’s the real question:

“What does this actually look like in my life?”

Because your situation might still be:

  • complicated

  • not perfect

  • still healing

  • still unclear

And that’s okay.

God is not expecting perfection.

He’s teaching you how to move differently—one step at a time.

💛 What Honor Can Look Like (In Real Life)

Honor doesn’t always look like:

  • deep conversations

  • perfect relationships

  • or everything being “fixed”

Sometimes honor looks like:

how you respond
how you speak
how you carry yourself
how you choose not to react

And for some of you:

  • in foster care

  • in blended families

  • in complicated relationships

honor may look different—and that’s okay.

💛 Real Examples

Honor might look like:

  • choosing not to be disrespectful, even when you’re upset

  • taking a breath before responding

  • showing appreciation to someone who is trying

  • keeping boundaries where needed, without hate

  • allowing yourself to grow without carrying bitterness

Honor is not about the situation being perfect.

It’s about your posture in the situation.

💛 Encouraging Action (TEENS)

So what does this look like in your real life this week?

When you feel frustrated with someone—

Pause and say:

“God, help me respond in a way that reflects growth—not just emotion.”

💛 When someone who cares for you is trying—
Acknowledge it in a small way:

  • say thank you

  • listen instead of ignoring

  • show simple respect

💛 When you feel like reacting quickly—
Take a breath before you speak.

Give yourself a moment to choose your response.

💛 When your situation is still hard or unclear—
Remind yourself:
“I don’t have to fix everything today. I just need to take one right step.”

💛When you think about everything we talked about this month—
Pick one thing you want to keep practicing moving forward:

  • being honest with God

  • managing your emotions

  • showing respect

  • taking care of your heart

Start there.

You don’t have to do everything.

Just don’t stop growing.

🍎 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week, keep it simple:

💛Pay attention to how your daily choices affect your energy.

Try this:

  • eat something that fuels your body

  • drink water regularly

  • don’t ignore when your body needs rest

Your body supports everything you’re doing mentally and emotionally.

Take care of it.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

This week:

Choose one simple movement you can do daily:

  • a short walk

  • stretching

  • stepping outside

  • a quick reset break

Movement helps you stay balanced—mentally and physically.

🙏🏼 Closing Prayer

“Lord,

Thank You for every teen who has walked through this month.

You see their growth, their effort, and their heart.

You know their situations are not always easy.

But You’ve been with them through every step.

Help them take what they’ve learned and live it out—one day at a time.

Guide their responses.
Steady their emotions.
And help them continue to grow in a way that reflects You.

For those in complicated situations—

remind them that they can still move forward, even if everything isn’t resolved.

Give them wisdom, patience, and peace.

And remind them that You are always with them.

In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.”

💛 Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.
You’re growing.
You’re seen.”

😊👏🏼 Job well done.

💞Love You All Much!

🌈 Encouraging Message — Teens Hub

📅 For: June 15, 2026

🎯 Theme: Strength to Endure the Day

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Psalm 118:24 (NLT)

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

Have you ever woken up already feeling stressed?

Maybe you have a test coming up.

Maybe you’re dealing with friendship drama.

Maybe you’re worried about something at home.

Maybe you don’t even know why you feel heavy—you just do.

💛 A lot of teens think they have to be strong all the time.

They think they have to figure everything out, carry every problem, and never let anyone know they’re struggling.

But that’s not what God asks of us.

God never said you had to carry the whole week, the whole month, or your whole future by yourself.

He simply asks you to trust Him with today.

💛 Sometimes we believe the lie that says:

“I have to handle this on my own.”

💛 But God’s truth says:

“You are not alone.”

When life feels overwhelming, God invites us to bring our worries, fears, frustrations, and questions to Him.

Strength doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay.

Real strength is staying connected to God when life feels difficult.

💛 Sometimes endurance looks like:

showing up when you don’t feel like it

taking the next right step

praying when you’re worried

trusting God even when you don’t have all the answers

💛 If today feels heavy, remember this:

God is with you.

God sees you.

God cares about what you’re carrying.

And He will give you the strength you need for this moment.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

This week’s Temple Care focus is:

Rest & Sleep

When we’re tired, everything can feel harder.

Our emotions feel bigger.

Our patience gets shorter.

Our focus becomes weaker.

💛 One way to care for your body this week is to create a better bedtime routine.

Try putting your phone down a little earlier, spending a few quiet minutes with God, and getting the rest your body needs.

Rest is not laziness.

Rest is part of stewardship.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What is one thing that feels heavy in your life right now?

  2. When you feel overwhelmed, do you usually turn toward God or try to handle everything on your own?

  3. What is one practical step you can take this week to stay connected to God when life feels stressful?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving us and walking with us through every part of life.

When we feel stressed, overwhelmed, worried, or discouraged, help us remember that we are not alone.

Give us strength for today, wisdom for our decisions, and peace in our hearts.

Help us trust You one step at a time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

💛 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

From Survival to Surrender — A Daily Proclamation (Teens)

today I stop pretending I’m okay when I’m not.

I stop trying to handle life on my own.

I let go of what feels good but pulls me away from You.

I release relationships and choices that confuse my peace and cloud my purpose.

🌈 Teen Fridays!!!

📅 For FRIDAY Jue 19, 2026

🎯 Title: Life Skills — Handling Your Emotions, Finding Peace, and Knowing What to Do

💛 Opening Thought

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately…

If your emotions have been all over the place…

If you’ve felt anxious, frustrated, or unsure of yourself—

👉 there is nothing wrong with you.

You are not “too emotional.”
You are not “doing too much.”
You are not broken.

👉 You are growing.

And growth comes with:

  • new responsibilities

  • new expectations

  • new pressures

  • and new emotions you’re trying to understand

👉 That’s a normal part of becoming who you’re meant to be

💛 (What’s really happening)

As you get older, your life begins to change:

  • people expect more from you

  • decisions start to matter more

  • your future starts to feel closer

  • and you begin thinking differently

👉 And with that comes emotions

You may feel:

  • anxious about getting things right

  • overwhelmed by expectations

  • unsure about your future

  • frustrated and not even know why

👉 That doesn’t mean something is wrong

💛 It means you’re becoming more aware of life

💛Spiritual Life Skill — What to do with those feelings

Now here’s the part many people don’t teach:

👉 What do you do with all of that?

Because emotions are real…

👉 but they are not meant to control you

📖 Philippians 4:6–7 (NLT)

*“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.

Tell God what you need and thank Him for all He has done….”

💛 What This Looks Like in Real Life

So, when you start to feel:

  • overwhelmed

  • anxious

  • frustrated

  • unsure

👉 You don’t ignore it

👉 and you don’t let it take over

💛 You bring it to God

That can look like:

  • talking to God honestly (not perfectly)

  • saying, “God, I don’t even know why I feel like this”

  • slowing your thoughts down instead of letting them race

👉 That’s a life skill

Not just “being spiritual” …

👉 but learning what to DO in real moments

Emotional Life Skill — Understanding Yourself

Another life skill is learning to recognize your emotions.

Instead of just saying:

❌ “I’m mad”
❌ “I’m irritated”

👉 Pause and ask:

  • What am I really feeling?

  • Am I overwhelmed?

  • Am I nervous about something coming up?

  • Am I feeling pressure?

💛 Because many times:

Anger is not the real emotion.

It’s:

  • fear

  • pressure

  • insecurity

  • or frustration

👉 And when you understand that…

You can respond better.

💛 Educational Life Skill — Preparing for What’s Ahead

Now let’s talk about something real:

👉 Your future

As you’re getting older, things are changing:

  • driving

  • jobs

  • school expectations

  • responsibilities

👉 And that can feel like a lot

💛 What this looks like in real life:

You might think:

  • “What if I fail?”

  • “What if I mess up?”

  • “What if I’m not ready?”

👉 That’s where anxiety starts

But here’s the life skill:

👉 You prepare… instead of panic

👉 That looks like:

  • asking questions when you don’t understand something

  • practicing (like studying for a test or driver’s permit)

  • taking things one step at a time instead of trying to figure out everything at once

💛 You don’t have to have your whole life figured out

👉 You just need to take the next step

💛 Spiritual + Practical Connection

This is where everything connects:

When you feel overwhelmed:

👉 You go to God

When you feel unsure:

👉 You take a step

When you feel pressure:

👉 You slow down and think

👉 That’s life skills

Not just:

  • school

  • work

  • responsibilities

👉 But how you handle LIFE

📖 Using the Bible in Real Life

When we say the Bible is God’s love letter…

👉 that means it speaks to real situations

Not just “spiritual moments”…

👉 but everyday feelings and struggles

So let’s make this real.

💛 When you feel anxious

Instead of sitting in your thoughts…

👉 go back to what we talked about earlier

Revisit:

👉 Philippians 4:6–7

Don’t just remember it once.

👉 Read it again

👉 Say it out loud

👉 Let it slow your mind down

💛 When you feel afraid or unsure

Go to:

👉 2 Timothy 1:7

This reminds you that:

  • fear is not from God

  • you are given power

  • you are given a sound mind

👉 That helps you think differently

💛 When you feel alone

Go to:

👉 John 15:15

This is where Jesus calls you His friend.

👉 You are not doing life by yourself 😊

💛 When you need comfort

Go to:

👉 Psalm 23
👉 Psalm 34:18

These remind you that:

  • God is near

  • God cares

  • God restores

💛 When you feel overwhelmed by life

Go to:

👉 Matthew 11:28

This is where Jesus says:

Come to Him when you are tired and carrying a lot.

👉 That includes your thoughts, your stress, your emotions

💛 When you’re trying to understand God’s love

Go to:

👉 1 John 4:19 (we already talked about this)

Also look at:

👉 Romans 5:8

These remind you:

👉 God loved you first

👉 not after you got everything right

When you feel something…

💛 Ask yourself:

“What do I need right now?”

  • Peace?

  • Comfort?

  • Direction?

  • Confidence?

👉 Then go look for that

You can even say:

  • “Let me find something about peace”

  • “Let me find something about fear”

  • “Let me find something about God being with me”

👉 That’s how you start using the Word

Make it personal

You don’t have to understand everything at once.

You don’t have to read the whole Bible in one day.

👉 Just start with what you need

Because this is not about:

❌ checking a box

👉 This is about hearing from God

Bring it back to the love letter

When you open the Bible…

👉 don’t see it as a book

💛 See it as:

God speaking to you
God guiding you
God comforting you

💛 Now THIS is the shift

Instead of:

👉 “I have to read the Bible”

You begin to think:

👉 “I can go here when I need something”

🍎💪🏽 Temple Care (Connected — Body + Mind + Emotions)

All of this connects back to how you take care of yourself.

Because when you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed…

👉 it affects your body too

💛 What this looks like:

  • your sleep can be off

  • your eating habits can change

  • your energy can feel low

  • your mind can feel crowded

👉 So Temple Care here means:

You don’t ignore what you’re feeling

💛 Instead, you do small things that help:

  • take a moment to breathe and slow down

  • step away from your phone for a little while

  • get rest when your body feels tired

  • eat something that gives you energy instead of draining you

🍎This Week’s Temple Care Focus (Action)

Choose ONE thing this week:

👉 Take 5–10 minutes to slow down when you feel overwhelmed
👉 Add something simple like fruit or water during your day
👉 Give your mind a break from constant scrolling

👉 Pay attention to how you feel afterward

Not perfect—

👉 just intentional

😊 A Moment for Father’s Day

As we move through this weekend

Father’s Day is coming up.

And for everyone, that day can feel different.

Some of you:

  • have a great relationship with your dad

  • or a stepdad who shows up for you

Some of you:

  • may not have that relationship

  • may feel distance

  • or may not fully understand your situation

And some of you:

  • may not have your father present at all

💛 Wherever you are—your experience is real

But here’s something important to hold on to:

👉 You have a Heavenly Father!!!! 😊

A Father who:

  • sees you

  • knows you

  • loves you

    God the Father

Even when people fall short…

👉 God does not

He is:

  • present

  • consistent

  • and always reaching for you

💛 A simple way to acknowledge this weekend

You don’t have to make it complicated.

👉 You can:

  • say “thank you” to a father or father figure in your life

  • show appreciation in a small way

  • or simply take a moment to talk to God

If things feel complicated for you

You can still do this:

👉 talk to God honestly
👉 thank Him for being present
👉 ask Him to help you understand what you feel

💛 Bring it back to growth

No matter your situation—

👉 you are still growing

👉 you are still loved

👉 and your story is still being shaped

💛 Reflection

Answer honestly:

  1. What emotions have I been feeling the most lately?

  1. When I feel overwhelmed or anxious, what do I usually do?

  1. What is one situation coming up that I feel nervous about?

  1. What is one small step I can take instead of worrying?

  1. What does it look like for me to go to God this week?

🙏🏽

Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for caring about every part of my life—

my thoughts, my feelings, and my future.

Help me understand what I’m feeling instead of being overwhelmed by it.

Teach me how to come to You when I don’t know what to do.

Give me peace in my mind, clarity in my decisions,
and strength to take things one step at a time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

💛 Closing

You are not behind.

You are not failing.

👉 You are learning how to handle life

And every step you take—

👉 matters

💞 Much Love for you all!

😊😎 Have a Fabulous day, weekend, and Summer!!!

🌈 Encouraging Message — Teens Hub

📅 For Monday: June 8, 2026

🎯 Theme: Choosing to Rejoice

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

— Psalm 118:24

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

Sometimes people think joy is something that happens when everything is going right.

When the grades are good.

When friendships are easy.

When family life feels peaceful.

When life finally goes the way we hoped.

But that’s not how God describes joy.

God invites us to choose joy even when life feels messy.

That doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay.

It doesn’t mean ignoring your feelings.

It means remembering that God is still with you, even on hard days.

One of the biggest lies teens often believe is:

“I’ll be happy when…”

I’ll be happy when I make the team.

I’ll be happy when people accept me.

I’ll be happy when my problems go away.

I’ll be happy when life gets easier.

But if your joy depends on everything around you being perfect, you’ll always be waiting.

God is inviting you into something deeper.

He’s inviting you to stay connected to Him no matter what is happening around you.

You may not be able to control every situation.

You may not be able to control what other people do.

But you can choose your response.

You can choose gratitude.

You can choose trust.

You can choose peace.

And sometimes the strongest thing you can do is simply say:

“God, I don’t understand everything right now, but I trust You.”

That’s not weakness.

That’s faith.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

This week, pay attention to your energy.

When you’re feeling stressed, frustrated, or overwhelmed, try taking a short walk, stretching for a few minutes, or stepping outside for fresh air.

Sometimes a simple physical reset can help clear your mind and help you reconnect with God’s peace.

Remember:

Your body and your mind work together.

Taking care of one often helps the other.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  • What situation in your life is making it difficult for you to choose joy right now?

  • When you’re frustrated or discouraged, what usually becomes your first reaction?

  • What is one way you can intentionally choose gratitude, trust, or peace this week?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

LORD,

Thank You for being with us on both the good days and the difficult days.

Help us choose joy that comes from You instead of depending on our circumstances.

Teach us to trust You when life feels uncertain and remind us that Your presence never leaves us.

Guide our thoughts, strengthen our hearts, and help us walk in Your peace this week.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

💛 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

🌈😎 TEEN FRIDAYS!!!!!!!!

📅 Friday, June 12, 2026

🎯 Title: Living Out Your Faith — And the Purpose Behind It

💛 Opening (Connection)

Last week, we established something that does not change:

😊 You matter.

Not because of what you do.
Not because of what others say.

But because God created you with purpose.

💛 Now we go deeper.

Because once you know that you matter…

the next question becomes:

How do I live my life—and why does it even matter how I live?

💛 Living Out Your Faith — And Why

Before we talk about what it looks like to live differently…

Let’s answer something important:

Why would you even want to live this way?

Because living for God is not about:

  • following a list of rules

  • feeling like you “better” do right

  • or being afraid of messing up

That’s not the message

The truth is:

We live for God…

because of our relationship with Him

📖 1 John 4:19 (NLT)

“We love each other because he loved us first.”

God loved you first.

Before you got anything right.
Before you understood everything.

And when you begin to understand that love…

something changes inside of you

You don’t feel like:

“I better not do this”
“I better act right”

You begin to feel:

“I want to live in a way that reflects that love”

🌈 The Beauty of Living This Way (Corrected)

This is what many people miss.

They look at living for God and think:

“It’s just rules”
“It’s just restrictions”

But it’s actually freedom

Freedom from:

  • constantly trying to fit in

  • doing things just because everyone else is doing them

  • making choices that leave you feeling regretful later

Freedom to:

  • think clearly

  • make better decisions

  • have peace in your mind

  • walk in confidence without being easily influenced

And over time…

That freedom begins to change you

📖 Galatians 5:22–23 (NLT)

“But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control…”

What this means

As you walk with God…

your life begins to grow in these areas

  • more peace

  • more self-control

  • more clarity

  • more stability

That’s where transformation happens

Not forced.

Not rushed.

But naturally—through the freedom you’re walking in

💛 What About Real-Life Choices?

Let’s be honest—because this is real.

“Why can’t I just do what everyone else is doing?”

You can.

But every choice leads somewhere

Some choices feel good in the moment…

but don’t lead to anything good later

“Why does it matter if I lie, cheat, or go along with things?”

Because those choices:

  • break trust

  • affect your character

  • and shape how you see yourself

“Is God trying to control me?”

No.

God is guiding you

Because He sees:

  • what leads to peace

  • what leads to confusion

  • what builds you

  • and what tears you down

What Living Out Your Faith Actually Looks Like

Now let’s make it clear.

It shows up in everyday moments:

When you:

  • choose not to follow the crowd

  • tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable

  • pause before reacting

  • walk away instead of getting pulled in

Not because you’re forced…

but because you’re choosing differently

💛 Where the Change Happens

This is important.

Change doesn’t happen after everything goes wrong.

It happens in the moment before you decide

That moment where you feel:

  • “I know this isn’t right…”

  • “I probably shouldn’t do this…”

  • “Something feels off…”

That moment matters

What do you do in that moment?

You pause.

Just long enough to think:

  • “Where is this going to lead?”

  • “Is this helping me or hurting me?”

  • “Is this who I’m becoming?”

That pause gives you power

Not to be perfect—

but to choose wisely

🍎 Temple Care (Living It Out — Body + Choices)

Last week, you learned:

your body is a temple
your life matters
how you care for yourself matters to God

This week, we’re building on that.

Because Temple Care is not just something you understand—

it’s something you practice

Taking care of your body is part of your life

Not separate from it.

Not optional.

It shows up in small, everyday choices

What this looks like in real life:

Being intentional about what you put in your body

Not extreme.
Not perfect.

But aware enough to choose better sometimes.

Example:

Instead of:

  • grabbing chips every time you’re hungry

  • drinking soda all day

You can choose to add something different:

  • a bowl of grapes or fruit

  • water in between other drinks

  • something lighter that doesn’t leave you feeling heavy or tired

Why does this matter?

Because what you eat affects:

  • how you feel

  • how you think

  • how much energy you have

It also looks like balance

You’re not being told:

“never eat snacks”
“never enjoy food”

This is about learning balance

So instead of:

  • all junk

  • all sugar

  • all fast food

You begin to:

mix in what actually helps your body

And it connects back to your decisions

Just like your choices affect your life…

they also affect your body

🍎So Temple Care is:

  • how you live

  • how you think

  • AND how you take care of your body

This Week’s Temple Care Focus (Action — your style)

This week, try one intentional choice:

🍇 Add one fruit or healthier option during your day
Drink more water than you usually do
Pay attention to how your body feels after what you eat

Not to be perfect—

but to become aware and intentional

Bring it together

Since you matter…

how you take care of yourself matters too

Not just in how you live—

but in how you care for your body

That is Temple Care

💛 Closing Thought

As we close this week’s Teen Fridays message, remember this:

😎😊 You matter.

And because you matter, your choices matter.

Not because God is waiting for you to be perfect.

Not because you have to earn His love.

💖 But because He already loves you.

Every day, you will have opportunities to make choices.

Some will be easy.
Some will be difficult.

When those moments come, pause and remember:

Every choice leads somewhere.

Ask yourself:

“Is this helping me become the person God created me to be?”

You won’t always get everything right.

None of us do.

But each day is a new opportunity to grow, learn, and move forward.

One choice at a time.

One step at a time.

One day at a time.

Keep growing.
Keep learning.
Keep trusting God.

💛 And remember:

😊 You matter.
😊Your life matters.
😊 Your future matters.

😊 Most importantly, you matter to God.

👋🏼🙏🏼💞 Have an amazingly blessed week, and I look forward to seeing you

next Friday for another Teen Fridays message.

💖 Much love,

Shawna S.
Encouraging Mondays: Coaching the Heart & Mind

Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for every teen reading this message today.

Thank You for creating them with purpose, value, and potential. Help them remember that they matter—not because of what they do, but because they are loved by You.

Give them wisdom when they face difficult choices. Help them pause, think, and seek Your guidance before making decisions. Strengthen them to stand firm when they feel pressure to follow the crowd and give them confidence to choose what is right.

Help them grow in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Teach them to care for their minds, bodies, and hearts as they continue to grow.

Remind them that they are never alone. Walk with them, guide them, protect them, and help them become the young men and women You created them to be.

We thank You for Your love, Your grace, and Your faithfulness.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🎯 Theme: This Day Is a Gift

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.” —

Psalm 118:24

📖 TEEN MESSAGE

Have you ever woken up and already felt tired before the day even started?

Maybe you looked at your schedule and thought:

“I don’t feel like doing this today.”

“I’m already stressed.”

“Can I just go back to bed?”

The truth is, we’ve all had days like that.

But this week, God is inviting us to see something differently.

You didn’t just wake up this morning.

God woke you up.

That means today has value.

It has purpose.

And it has opportunities that didn’t exist yesterday.

Sometimes we believe the lie that our day only matters if everything goes right.

But God never said that.

A good day isn’t a perfect day.

A meaningful day isn’t a problem-free day.

A gift is still a gift, even when it comes with challenges.

Maybe you’re facing pressure at school.

Maybe you’re dealing with friendship issues.

Maybe you’re worried about your future.

Maybe you’re carrying something that nobody else knows about.

God sees it all.

And He is still walking with you.

The fact that you’re here today means God is not finished with your story.

So instead of asking:

“What’s wrong with today?”

Try asking:

“God, what do You want to show me today?”

That one question can change your perspective.

This day is not random.

This day is not an accident.

This day is a gift from God.

🍎💪🏽 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

This week, focus on how you start your day.

Before grabbing your phone, scrolling social media, or rushing into your routine, try doing one healthy thing first:

• drink a glass of water
• stretch for a few minutes
• take a few deep breaths
• spend a moment thanking God for the day

A strong start can help create a stronger mindset.

💖 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What is one thing about today that you can thank God for?

  2. When you feel overwhelmed, what helps you remember that God is still with you?

  3. How would your day change if you started it by talking to God before doing anything else?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

LORD,

Thank You for the gift of this day.

Help us to see each day through Your eyes instead of through fear, stress, or negativity.

Remind us that You are with us, guiding us, strengthening us, and helping us grow.

Teach us to trust You with our future and walk confidently in the purpose You have for our lives.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🙏🏼 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

From Survival to Surrender — A Daily Proclamation (Teens)

God, today I stop pretending I’m okay when I’m not.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender —

not because I’m weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

💞 Much love for you all!!!

😊 WELCOME TO TEEN FRIDAYS!

📅FRIDAY JUNE 5, 2026

🎯Title: You Matter — And That Is Not Up for Debate

💖 Opening

To every teen reading this—

Before anything else is said,
before anything else is expected of you…

This needs to be clear:

😎 You matter.

Not because of what you’ve accomplished.
Not because of what others think about you.
Not because of how you perform.

You matter because God created you—on purpose.

📖 Scripture (NLT)

Psalm 139:14 (NLT)
“Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!

Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.”

💛 Truth (Teaching + Identity)

There are going to be moments in life where you question your value.

Moments where:

  • you feel overlooked

  • you compare yourself to others

  • you wonder if you’re enough

And if you’re not careful…

you’ll start measuring your worth based on:

  • likes

  • opinions

  • attention

  • or acceptance

But your value was never meant to come from people.

👉 It comes from God.

And what God created…

👉 has purpose, value, and meaning

—even when you don’t fully see it yet.

💛 Real-Life Reflection

Every day, you are faced with decisions that test what you believe about yourself.

  • Do I follow the crowd or stand on what I know is right?

  • Do I shrink back or walk confidently?

  • Do I accept less than I deserve—or remember who I am?

👉 Those are real-life decisions

And they all connect back to one thing:

👉 You matter

🍎 Temple Care for Teens

📖 What the Word Says

Before we talk about what to do…

You need to understand why this matters.

📖 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 (NLT)

“Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit,

who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong

to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.”

📖 3 John 1:2 (NLT)

“Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy

in body as you are strong in spirit.”

💛 What this means

Your body is not just “yours” to treat any kind of way.

👉 It is something God gave you to care for.

That means:

  • how you eat

  • how you rest

  • what you watch

  • how you treat yourself

👉 It all matters

🍎 What Temple Care Actually Looks Like (REAL examples)

Now let’s make it real—because this is where teens need clarity.

💛 1. Rest (Not just “sleep more”)

Temple Care means:

You don’t stay up all night on your phone, gaming, or scrolling…

…and then wake up:

  • tired

  • irritated

  • unable to think clearly

👉 Why?

Because your brain needs rest to function.

Without rest:

  • your mood is off

  • your focus is off

  • your decisions are off

💛 2. Food (Not vague—real choices)

Temple Care does NOT mean:

❌ “never eat snacks”
❌ “never have fun food”

But it DOES mean balance.

👉 Instead of:

  • chips all day

  • soda all day

  • fast food all the time

👉 Try adding:

  • fruit (grapes, apples, bananas)

  • nuts or trail mix (if you

  • can have them)

  • water instead of soda all day

  • homemade drinks (like lemonade with honey instead of heavy sugar)

    👉 Why?

    Because food affects:

    • your energy

    • your mood

    • your focus

👉 What you put in your body shows up in how you feel

💛 3. Your Mind (What you allow in)

    Temple Care also means:

You don’t fill your mind with anything and everything.

    👉 Ask yourself:

    • Is this helping me… or hurting me?

    • Is this building me up… or breaking me down?

Because what you watch and listen to:

👉 eventually shows up in your thinking

    💛 4. Your Daily Habits

Simple things matter more than teens realize:

    • taking care of your hygiene

    • keeping your space somewhat clean

    • getting outside sometimes

    • not isolating all day

    👉 Why?

    Because these things affect:

    • your confidence

    • your mindset

    • how you carry yourself

👉 Since you matter…

👉 take care of what God has given you.

Because your life has value.

Your body has value.
Your mind has value.
Your choices have value.

Guidance (Walking It Out)

Understanding that you matter isn’t just something you say.

It’s something you live.

It shows up in:

  • how you speak about yourself

  • how you allow others to treat you

  • the choices you make when no one is watching

💛 When you know you matter:

You don’t settle.
You don’t follow everything.
You don’t ignore your worth.

👉 You move differently.

✍🏽

Journal Prompt

Write this sentence and complete it:

“I matter because…”

List at least 3 honest reasons.

Then write:

“God, thank You for creating me…”

Encouragement (Landing the Message)

You don’t have to prove your value.

You don’t have to earn your worth.

And you don’t have to become someone else to be enough.

👉 You already matter.

Right now.
As you are.

And as you continue to grow…

that truth will guide every decision you make.

🙏🏼 Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for creating me with purpose and intention.
Help me to see myself the way You see me.

When I feel unsure, remind me that I matter.
When I am tempted to compare, bring me back to truth.
And as I grow, help me make decisions that reflect who You created me to be.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

💛😊 Closing

I’m proud of you.

Not just for what you’ve done—

But for who you are becoming.

You matter.
Never forget that.

🎯 Theme: Living in Strength Daily

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”

 📖 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real for a moment…

A lot of times, when people hear this verse, they think it means:

“I can do anything I want.”

But that’s not what this is about.

This is about understanding where your strength actually comes from.

Because if you’re honest…

There are moments when you feel:

• overwhelmed

• tired

• frustrated

• unsure

And sometimes you try to handle everything on your own.

You try to figure it out.

You try to control it.You try to hold it together.

But God never asked you to carry life by yourself.

He’s inviting you into something different:

living with His strength — daily

Not just when things go wrong.

Not just when you’re stressed.

But in your everyday life.

That means:

• how you respond

• how you handle pressure

• how you make decisions when nobody’s watching

Real strength looks like:

pausing instead of reacting praying instead of overthinking choosing what’s right even when it’s not popular

And no — you won’t get it perfect.

 The goal is consistency.

Even small moments of choosing God start to add up.

And over time…

 that becomes your lifestyle.

💖🙏🏼 And as we move through this Memorial Day:

Let’s take time to pause and remember.

To honor those who gave their lives in service —and recognize that strength, sacrifice, and courage are real.

And in your own life…

God is calling you to live with strength too. 👏🏼👋🏼

Not by carrying everything alone…

 but by walking with Him.

😊 So, if you’ve been feeling like:

• you’re trying, but it’s hard to stay consistent

• you want to grow, but don’t know where to start

😊 Start simple.

Talk to God at the beginning of your day.

Check in with Him during your day.

Be honest with Him at the end of your day.

You don’t have to do everything at once.

Just stay connected.

That’s where your strength comes from.

 🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus this week: Energy & Focus

Pay attention to how you feel during your day:

• Are you always tired?

• Are you distracted easily?

• Are you skipping real meals?

😊 Try this:

Choose ONE time each day to fuel your body intentionally

• eat something real

• drink more water

• slow down while you eat

Your energy matters.

And just like your spiritual life…

small daily choices make a big difference.

 😊 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

• When do you feel like you have to handle everything on your own?

• What would it look like to pause and invite God into that moment?

• What is ONE small way you can stay consistent with God this week?

 🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Thank You for being patient with me, even when I try to do things on my own.

Help me to remember that I don’t have to carry everything by myself.

Teach me how to slow down and stay connected to You.

Give me strength where I feel weak and help me stay consistent in small ways.

I stop hiding behind habits, people, or pressure.

I stop trying to handle life on my own.

I let go of what feels good but pulls me away from You.

I release relationships and choices that confuse my peace and cloud my purpose.

🎯 Theme: Strength to Stay in It

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT): “For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”
— Philippians 4:13

📖😊 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real for a minute.

Most people hear this verse and think it means:

“I can win.”

“I can succeed.”

“I can do something big.”

But what about when life doesn’t feel like a win?

What about when:

• things aren’t changing
• you’re tired mentally
• you feel stuck in the same situation

Here’s the truth you need this week:

God’s strength is not just for finishing something.
It’s for staying in it.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t starting.

It’s continuing.

And nobody really talks about that part.

You might be:

• dealing with pressure at school
• feeling misunderstood
• trying to stay focused but getting distracted
• dealing with emotions you don’t fully understand

And it feels like nothing is shifting.

But listen carefully:

You’re not weak because it’s hard.
You’re human.

And God is not waiting for you to “get it together” before He helps you.

He meets you right in the middle of it.

Real strength doesn’t always look loud.

Sometimes it looks like:
• showing up when you don’t feel like it
• not giving up even when you’re frustrated
• choosing not to go back to something you know isn’t good for you

That’s strength.

And that strength?

It comes from staying connected to God—even when everything feels off.

You may still be in it…

but you are not in it alone.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

This week, we’re focusing on rest & mental reset.

When your mind is tired, everything feels heavier.

Choose ONE simple reset this week:

• Put your phone down 20–30 minutes earlier one night
• Sit in quiet for a few minutes instead of constant noise
• Step outside and just breathe for a moment

Rest is not being lazy.

It’s how your body and mind recover so you can keep going.

💕 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

• What is something in your life right now that feels hard to stay committed to?

• When you feel tired or frustrated, what do you usually turn to first?

• What would it look like for you to rely on God’s strength instead of handling everything on your own?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Thank You for being with me—even when I feel overwhelmed or tired.

Help me not to give up when things feel hard.
Strengthen me in the middle of what I’m going through.

Remind me that I don’t have to handle everything on my own.

Teach me how to stay steady, even when things aren’t changing quickly.

And help me stay connected to You through it all.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

🙏🏼 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

🌈TEEN FRIDAYS – MAY 22, 2026

🎯 Theme: Built on the Rock

Building Your Life on The Rock! (Matthew 7:25)

Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

👋🏼 Opening Welcome

Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.

Here, we don’t just talk—we learn how to build our lives in a way that lasts.

👏🏼👋🏼😊Celebration & Recognition

Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.

We celebrate you for:

  • continuing to show up

  • making better choices, even when it wasn’t easy

  • learning from situations instead of giving up

  • trying to grow, even if you’re not where you want to be yet

😊👏🏼 Some of you are learning how to stand stronger than you did before—and that matters.

Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.

Job well done.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Praise

📖 “…the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” — Matthew 7:25

Let’s take a moment to praise God.

Not because life is always easy—but because He is steady.

When everything around us changes, He does not.

And that means we always have something solid to stand on.

💖 Real Talk

Let’s talk real.

Life can feel unstable sometimes.

Things don’t always stay the same:

  • friendships change

  • people change

  • situations change

  • even how we feel can change from day to day

And when life feels like that—it can feel like you’re constantly trying to keep your balance.

Trying to figure things out.

Trying to adjust.

Trying not to fall apart.

But here’s something important we’re learning:

What you build your life on matters.

If your life is built on:

  • what people think about you

  • how accepted you feel

  • how things are going in the moment

Then every time those things shift—you feel shaken.

And that’s exhausting.

But when your life is built on God’s truth:

You’re not easily shaken.

That doesn’t mean you won’t have hard days.

It means:

you don’t fall apart when those hard days come.

Because you’re standing on something stronger than your situation.

So instead of asking:

“What’s changing around me?”

Start asking:

“What am I standing on?”

That’s how you build a life that lasts.

Clean Eating / Body Care

Just like your life needs a strong foundation—your body does too.

Your body needs consistency.

Today, make one steady choice:

  • eat something that fuels you

  • drink enough water

  • don’t rely only on snacks or quick food

Because taking care of your body helps you stay focused, steady, and strong.

Move!

Let’s practice being grounded.

Stand still for a moment.

Take a deep breath in… and out.

Then move your body slowly:

  • stretch

  • walk

  • loosen your shoulders

As you move, remind yourself:

“I am steady. I am not easily shaken.”

Reflection Activity

Take a moment and think:

What have I been building my life on lately?

Be honest.

Then write or think:

What is one thing I can start building my life on that is stronger and more stable?

Closing Prayer

God,

Help us build our lives on You.

When things feel unstable, remind us that You are our foundation.

Teach us to stand strong—not based on what’s changing—but based on Your truth.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Closing Reminder

You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.

Job well done.

You’re Uniquely Amazing!

MUCH LOVE FOR YOU ALL!

🌈 Encouraging Message — Teens Hub

📅 For: May 11, 2026

🎯 Theme:

“Strength Through Dependence”

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”
— Philippians 4:13

📖 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real for a minute…

A lot of us have been taught—without even realizing it—that being strong means handling everything on our own.

Not needing help.
Not showing emotion.
Figuring things out without letting anyone in.

But that’s not the kind of strength God is talking about.

The truth is… trying to carry everything by yourself will wear you out.

Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually.

And some of you already feel that.

You might be:

  • dealing with pressure

  • trying to make the right decisions

  • holding things in that you haven’t talked about

And instead of slowing down… you just keep pushing through.

But God is not asking you to do life like that.

He’s inviting you into something different:

Dependence.

Not weakness.
Not failure.
Not “I can’t do anything.”

But:

“I don’t have to do this alone.”

That looks like real moments like:

• pausing when your thoughts feel heavy
• asking God for help when you don’t know what to do
• being honest with Him instead of pretending you’re okay

Because here’s the truth:

When you rely only on yourself, the pressure stays on you
When you depend on God, you don’t carry it alone

And that’s where real strength shows up.

Not when you hide it…
but when you bring it to Him.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Stress & Mental Pressure

This week, pay attention to how you respond when you feel overwhelmed.

Do you:

  • shut down?

  • scroll to distract yourself?

  • push through without stopping?

Try something different.

Pause for 10 seconds.

Take a breath.

And say quietly:

“God, I need Your help right now.”

That moment matters more than you think.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

• What am I trying to handle on my own right now?

• When I feel overwhelmed, do I pause… or do I just keep pushing?

• What would it look like for me to actually depend on God this week?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Thank You for seeing me—even when I don’t say anything.

Help me stop trying to carry everything on my own.

Teach me how to come to You honestly, not perfectly.

When I feel pressure, remind me I’m not alone.

Strengthen me where I feel weak.

Guide me where I feel unsure.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender —

not because I’m weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

💞Much love for you all!!!

🎯 Theme: Identity

👋🏼💕 Opening Welcome

😊👏🏼 Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This is your space—to learn who you are, not from the world, but from truth.

😊👏🏼 Celebration & Recognition

😊 We celebrate you for showing up as yourself.

Even when:

  • you feel unsure

  • you feel different

  • you feel like you don’t fit in

You’re still here.

😊 You’re still growing.

😊 That matters.

👏🏼 Job well done.

👏🏼 Praise

📖 “You are a chosen generation…” — 1 Peter 2:9

God didn’t choose you by accident.

He chose you with purpose.

👏🏼 Let’s thank Him for that today.

Real Talk

😊 Let’s talk about identity.

Because whether we realize it or not—everyone is trying to figure out:

💕 “Who am I?”

And a lot of times, we look in the wrong places.

We look at:

  • what people say about us

  • how many likes or attention we get

  • how we compare to others

  • mistakes we’ve made

And slowly, those things start shaping how we see ourselves.

But here’s the truth:

💕 Your identity was never meant to come from people.

Because people change.

Opinions change.

Situations change.

So, if your identity is built on those things—

you’ll always feel unstable.

😊💕👏🏼 But when your identity is built on God:

You don’t have to prove yourself.

You don’t have to compete.

You don’t have to become someone else.

💖You already belong.

💖You are already chosen.

And learning that?

That’s a process.

😊 But we’re walking through it together.

🍎Clean Eating / Body Care

Respect your body.

Not because of appearance—but because of purpose.

😊 Make one intentional choice today that honors your body.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

Take a few minutes to move and breathe.

As you do, remind yourself:

“I don’t have to be anyone else.

I am growing into who I am.”

🌈 Reflection Activity

Complete this:

“I’ve been defining myself by ______.”

“Today, I choose to define myself by ______.”

🙏🏼 Closing Prayer

God,

Help us understand who we are in You.

Remove the pressure to compare, perform, or prove ourselves.

Teach us to rest in the truth that we are chosen.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

😊 Closing Reminder

You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.

Job well done.

You’re Uniquely Amazing!

💖💞MUCH LOVE FOR YOU ALL!

🎯 Theme: Strength That Comes from Him

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”
— Philippians 4:13

🌈📖 TEEN MESSAGE

Before we get into the message… I want to take a moment to celebrate something important.

👏🏼💖😎😊 To everyone celebrating a birthday this month…
to those celebrating milestones…
to those celebrating anniversaries or special moments…

We see you.
We celebrate you.
And we honor the strength it takes to keep going.

Whether your milestone is big or small… it matters.

💛 Now let’s talk about something real.

A lot of times, you might feel like you have to handle everything on your own.

School pressure.
Friend drama.
Family expectations.
Trying to figure out who you are.

And sometimes it feels like:
“I just got to deal with it.”

But that’s not what God says.

This week’s verse reminds us:

You don’t have to do life in your own strength.

You don’t have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.
You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.

God is not expecting you to figure everything out.

He’s inviting you to lean on Him.

Because real strength?

It doesn’t come from pretending
It doesn’t come from pressure

It comes from Christ.

So if you’ve been feeling:

• stressed
• overwhelmed
• tired
• unsure

That doesn’t mean you’re weak.

It just means:

it’s time to stop doing everything alone

And start letting God strengthen you.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

This week let’s connect strength to how you take care of yourself.

Choose ONE simple thing:

• Drink more water during the day
• Take a short walk or move your body
• Get better rest (put your phone down earlier)
• Pause and breathe before reacting when you’re stressed

You don’t have to do everything.

Just do one thing.

Because as you take care of your body…

God is strengthening you on the inside too.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

• What have I been trying to handle on my own lately?
• When do I feel the most overwhelmed or stressed?
• What would it look like for me to let God help me this week?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

LORD,

Thank You for being my strength when I feel weak.

Help me to stop trying to handle everything on my own.
Teach me how to trust You and lean on You.

When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that I’m not alone.
When I feel stressed, help me slow down and breathe.

Strengthen me in the areas where I feel tired and unsure.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

🙏🏼 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

🎯 Theme: Courage

😊👋🏼💖 Opening Welcome

Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.

This is not a space where you have to be perfect.

This is a space where you can learn, think, and grow—step by step.

😊👏🏼👏🏼 Celebration & Recognition

Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.

Not just for what you did right—but for the effort you’re making.

Some of you:

  • showed up to school when you didn’t feel like it

  • made a better choice when nobody was watching

  • kept going even when you were tired or frustrated

That matters.

Growth doesn’t always look big—but it is always building something in you.

Job well done.

Praise

📖 “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

Let’s pause for a moment.

God never told us we wouldn’t feel afraid.

But He did promise:

we would never face anything alone

So today, we thank Him—not because everything is easy—but because He is present.

😊💖 Real Talk

Let’s talk real.

A lot of people think courage means:

being fearless

being bold

being confident all the time

But that’s not real life.

Courage usually shows up in uncomfortable moments.

Moments like:

  • when your friends are doing something you know isn’t right

  • when someone disrespects you and you have to choose how to respond

  • when you’re afraid to speak up, but you know you should

  • when you’ve failed before and you’re trying again

And here’s the truth:

Courage doesn’t feel strong in the moment.

It feels:

  • uncomfortable

  • uncertain

  • sometimes even lonely

Because when you choose courage,

you might not have people clapping for you.

You might be the only one making that choice.

But here’s what we’re learning together:

You don’t need a crowd—you need conviction.

Conviction says:

“I’m choosing what’s right—even if it’s not popular.”

So when those moments come—and they will—

Don’t ask:

“What is everyone else doing?”

Ask:

“What is the right thing for me to do?”

That’s courage.

And every time you choose it—you grow stronger.

Clean Eating / Body Care

Taking care of your body is part of building strength too.

Not just physical strength—but discipline.

Today, choose one thing:

  • drink water instead of something sugary

  • eat something that gives you energy

  • don’t skip meals

Because how you care for your body affects how you show up in your life.

Move!

Let’s reset your body and your mind.

Take 3–5 minutes:

  • stretch

  • take deep breaths

  • go for a short walk

As you move, tell yourself:

“I can take the next step.”

Reflection Activity

Take a moment and think:

Where do I need courage right now?

Be honest.

Then ask yourself:

What is the right choice—even if it feels hard?

Write it down or think it through.

Closing Prayer

God,

Help us be courageous—not just when it’s easy, but when it’s hard.

Remind us that You are with us in every situation.

Give us strength to choose what’s right, even when we feel afraid.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Closing Reminder

You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.

Job well done.

You’re Uniquely Amazing!

MUCH LOVE FOR YOU ALL!

🎯 Theme: Walk What You Know

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.”

— James 1:22

📖 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real about something…

It’s easy to hear something good…

  • a message

  • a sermon

  • advice

  • truth

…and say:

“That was good.”

But then…

nothing changes.

You go right back to:

  • the same habits

  • the same mindset

  • the same choices

And God is saying:

“I didn’t give you truth just to hear it… I gave it to you to live it.”

Because here’s the truth:

Knowing what’s right and doing what’s right are two different things.

You can:

  • know better

  • understand better

  • even agree with truth

…but still not act on it.

And when that happens, you stay stuck.

Not because you don’t know…

but because you’re not applying what you know.

And this is not about being perfect.

This is not about changing everything overnight.

The Lord is gently reminding you:

“Start with one step.”

One decision.

One moment of obedience.

One choice that aligns with what you already know is right.

Because real growth doesn’t happen all at once.

It happens one decision at a time.

And here’s something important to understand…

Every time you choose:

  • truth over pressure

  • obedience over impulse

  • growth over comfort

you are becoming stronger.

You are building:

  • discipline

  • confidence

  • trust in yourself and in God

God is not asking you to prove anything.

He’s asking you to be willing.

To take what you’ve learned this month:

  • knowing Him

  • building relationship

  • understanding who you are

…and now:

walk it out

Because when you start living what you know…

your life begins to change.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Discipline & Consistency

Let’s connect this to real life…

You already know some things that are good for you:

  • drinking water

  • getting rest

  • eating better

  • not overdoing junk food

  • taking care of your body

But knowing it…

doesn’t mean you’re doing it.

And this week is about alignment:

doing what you already know is right.

😊Simple Challenge for This Week:

Choose ONE thing and stay consistent with it:

drink more water daily

replace one unhealthy snack

go to sleep earlier

take a break instead of pushing when you’re exhausted

Don’t try to do everything.

Focus on one thing and stay consistent.

Because consistency builds discipline

and discipline builds confidence.

And the more you follow through with yourself…

the stronger you become.

🌈 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What’s something I know is right but haven’t been doing?

  2. What’s been stopping me from taking action—fear, laziness, or distraction?

  3. What is ONE step I can take this week to start walking in what I know?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

LORD,

Help me not just hear truth but live it.

Give me the strength to take action, even in small ways.

Help me stay consistent and not give up on myself.

Teach me to walk in what I already know is right.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🕊️ DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

🎯 Theme: Strength

😊👏🏼 Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

😊 Opening Welcome

👋🏼 “Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

👏🏼💞 Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week we celebrate:

  • Getting back up after a hard moment

  • Choosing to keep going even when it wasn’t easy

  • Making tough choices instead of easy ones

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏼😊💞 Job well done.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💞 Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

💛 Reflection:

This doesn’t mean we do everything perfectly.

It means we don’t have to do anything alone.

Take a moment and thank God for being your strength —

especially in the moments when you feel weak.

😊 Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Strength isn’t always visible.

It doesn’t always look loud.

It doesn’t always look impressive.

Sometimes strength looks like:

  • walking away

  • trying again

  • staying quiet

  • telling the truth

  • getting back up

We’ve all had moments where we thought strength meant being the strongest in the room.

But real strength?

It’s about mastering yourself.

Not reacting to everything.

Not giving in to pressure.

Not quitting when things get hard.

💛 And let’s be honest…

We don’t always feel strong.

But that doesn’t mean we’re not growing stronger.

Because strength isn’t the absence of weakness…

It’s the decision to keep going anyway.

🍎 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

Build discipline, not pressure

That could look like:

  • Choosing something nourishing instead of convenient

  • Eating even when your schedule is off

  • Not skipping meals and then overdoing it later

Strength shows up in small, consistent choices.

🏃🏽‍♂️Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

This week:

Do something that builds endurance

  • Walk a little longer than usual

  • Hold a stretch a little longer

  • Keep going when you want to stop

Not to prove anything —

but to remind yourself:

“I’m stronger than I think.”

💛 Reflection Activity

“My Strength” Reflection

Think about:

  • What situations require the most strength from you?

  • When do you feel like giving up?

  • What helps you keep going?

Now complete:

“Strength for me looks like ________.”

Be honest. Be real.

🙏🏼 Closing Prayer

LORD,

Thank You for being our strength.

When we feel weak, tired, or overwhelmed,

remind us that we are not alone.

Help us to make wise choices,

to stay disciplined,

and to keep going even when it’s hard.

Teach us that strength isn’t about being perfect,

but about trusting You and persevering.

Grow strength in us from the inside out.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🎯 Theme: When You Know God, You Know Who You Are

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.”

— 1 Peter 2:9

📖 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s talk about something real…

A lot of people are trying to figure out who they are.

And they look for it in:

  • friends

  • relationships

  • social media

  • attention

  • what people say about them

But here’s the truth most people don’t say out loud:

If you don’t know who you are, you’ll let anything define you.

That’s why:

  • you compare yourself

  • you question your worth

  • you try to fit in

  • you feel like you’re not enough

Because you’re trying to figure yourself out without the One who created you.

And God is saying:

“You don’t have to guess who you are.”

1 Peter 2:9 tells you clearly:

You are:

  • chosen

  • set apart

  • valuable

  • His

Not because you earned it…

but because He chose you.

And here’s where it gets deeper…

If you don’t believe what God says about you…

you will believe whatever the world tells you.

And the world will tell you:

  • you have to look a certain way

  • you have to act a certain way

  • you have to be accepted by certain people

  • you have to prove your worth

😊 But God is saying:

“You’re already chosen.”

You don’t have to prove it.

You don’t have to chase it.

You don’t have to perform for it.

But here’s the part most people miss…

Knowing this in your head is not enough.

You have to believe it in your heart

and start living like it’s true.

That means:

  • you stop lowering your standards

  • you stop accepting things that don’t align

  • you stop chasing validation

Because when you know who you are…

your decisions change.

God is not asking you to become someone else.

😊 He’s inviting you to be who you already are in Him.

And that takes time.

That takes growth.

That takes choosing truth even when your feelings say something different.

But the more you know God…

the clearer you see yourself.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Identity & Self-Respect

How you see yourself affects how you treat your body.

If you don’t value yourself…

you might:

  • eat anything

  • skip rest

  • ignore your health

  • not care how you feel

But when you begin to understand:

“I am chosen. I matter.”

Your choices start to reflect that.

💛 Simple Challenge for This Week:

Ask yourself before one decision each day:

“Does this choice reflect someone who values themselves?”

Then choose one action:

drink more water

eat something that fuels your body

get proper rest

take a break when you need it

Because you take care of what you believe is valuable.

😊👏🏼 And you are valuable.

🌈 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Where do I usually look to feel accepted or valued?

  2. Do I truly believe what God says about me, or do I believe what others say?

  3. What’s one decision I can make this week that reflects self-respect?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

Lord,

Help me see myself the way You see me.

Not based on what others say, but based on Your truth.

Remind me that I am chosen, loved, and valuable.

Help me make choices that reflect who I am in You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

👋🏼💖 Love you all!

💞😊 Stay Encouraged

👏🏼👏🏼💖 Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week we celebrate:

  • Showing up even when you felt unnoticed

  • Continuing to try even when no one said anything

  • Doing the right thing when no one was watching

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏼👏🏼😊 Job well done.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖 “O Lord, You have searched me and known me… You understand my thought afar off.” — Psalm 139:1–2

💛Reflection:

God knows you — completely.

Not just what people see on the outside…

but your thoughts, your feelings, your heart.

Take a moment and thank Him for seeing you fully —

even in the moments no one else does.

💛😊 Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

It’s possible to be surrounded by people…

and still feel unseen.

We’ve all had moments where we wondered:

“Does anyone really notice me?”

And if we’re honest…

that feeling can hurt.

But here’s the truth:

Being seen isn’t about attention.

It’s about being known.

And even when people miss it…

God doesn’t.

He sees:

  • your effort

  • your quiet struggles

  • your questions

  • your disappointments

Even when:

  • you don’t say anything

  • you don’t get recognized

  • you feel overlooked

You are not invisible.

God sees the real you…

and He stays. 😊👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

🍎💪🏽 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

Check in with yourself

Ask:

  • Have I eaten today?

  • Have I had water?

  • Am I ignoring what my body needs?

Sometimes when we feel unseen, we stop taking care of ourselves.

But you still matter.

Take care of you — even when no one else notices.

🏃🏽‍♂️😊💪🏽 Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

This week:

Do something just for you

  • Take a quiet walk

  • Sit outside

  • Stretch and breathe

Not for attention.

Not for anyone else.

Just to remind yourself:

“I’m here. I matter. I’m seen.”

💛😊 Reflection Activity

“I Am Seen” Reflection

Think about:

  • When do you feel most unseen?

  • What do you wish people understood about you?

Now complete:

“Even when others don’t see me, God sees ________.”

Be honest. Be real.

🙏🏼 Closing Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for seeing us — fully and completely.

When we feel overlooked or unnoticed,

remind us that we are never invisible to You.

You see our effort.

You see our struggles.

You see our hearts.

Help us not to depend on people for validation,

but to rest in knowing that we are known by You.

Give us peace, confidence, and comfort in that truth.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🎯 Theme: Knowing God, Not Just Knowing About Him

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“This is what the Lord says: ‘Don’t let the wise boast in their wisdom, or the powerful boast in their power, or the rich boast in their riches. But those who wish to boast should boast in this alone: that they truly know me and understand that I am the Lord…’”

— Jeremiah 9:23–24

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be honest…

You can know a lot about someone…

and still not actually know them.

Like:

  • knowing facts about a celebrity

  • following someone online

  • hearing things about a person

That doesn’t mean you have a real relationship.

The same thing can happen with God.

You can:

  • hear about Him

  • read about Him

  • go to church

…and still not really know Him.

God doesn’t want to just be:

  • information in your head

  • something you hear about

He wants to be real in your life.

When you truly start to know God:

  • you begin to trust Him

  • you recognize His voice

  • you feel more grounded

And here’s the important part:

You don’t have to fake anything with God.

You can be:

  • honest

  • unsure

  • still learning

And God will still meet you right there.

This isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about being real and building a relationship.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Habits & Awareness

A lot of what we do every day…

we do without even thinking.

Scrolling.

Snacking.

Zoning out.

This week, God is inviting you to become more aware.

Simple Challenge for This Week:

Pause before one habit each day and ask:

“Do I actually want to do this right now… or am I just used to doing it?”

That one pause can help you:

make better choices

feel more in control

break unhealthy patterns

Awareness leads to change.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Do I feel like I truly know God, or just know about Him?

  2. What distractions pull me away from spending time with God?

  3. What would it look like for me to be more real with God this week?

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

LORD,

Help me move past just knowing about You.

I want to truly know You.

Teach me how to be real with You and not hide how I feel.

Help me grow in my relationship with You one step at a time.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender —

not because I’m weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

💞Much love for you all!!!

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

 📖 “The rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house;

and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.” — Matthew 7:25

💛 Reflection:

Storms come.

Feelings change.

Situations shift.

Life happens.

But God is steady.

Take a moment and thank Him for being your foundation —

the One who keeps you standing when everything else feels uncertain.

💛 Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Waves move.

Opinions change.

Feelings rise and fall.

Some days we feel strong…

some days we don’t.

And if we build our confidence on how we feel…

we’ll constantly shift.

We’ll drift.

We’ll second-guess ourselves.

We’ve all been there.

But when we’re anchored…

we don’t move with every wave.

That doesn’t mean life gets easy.

It means:

  • we don’t collapse when someone criticizes us

  • we don’t lose ourselves trying to fit in

  • we don’t chase every trend just to belong

Because we’re tied to something stronger:

Truth.

God.

Purpose.

And that’s what keeps us grounded.

🍎 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

 Build consistency, not perfection

That could look like:

  • Eating at regular times

  • Choosing something nourishing at least once a day

  • Not skipping meals and then overdoing it later

Being anchored means creating steady habits, not emotional patterns.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

This week:

 Do something consistent

  • Walk at the same time each day

  • Do a short routine you can repeat

  • Stretch before bed

Anchoring your body helps anchor your mind.

 💛 Reflection Activity

 “What Anchors Me?” Reflection

Think about:

  • What usually causes you to feel unstable?

  • What pulls you in different directions?

  • What helps you stay grounded?

Now complete:

“I don’t have to follow every wave. I choose to stand on ________.”

Let that answer be real.

🙏🏽 Closing Prayer

Lord,

Thank You for being our foundation.

When life feels uncertain and emotions shift,

help us stay grounded in what is true.

Teach us not to drift with every opinion,

but to stand firm in who You created us to be.

Help us build our lives on You —

not on feelings, not on approval,

but on truth.

Give us strength, stability, and confidence in You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

 Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.”

👏🏽😊 Job well done.

🎯 Theme: Reading to Know God

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“But these are written so that you may continue to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing in him you will have life by the power of his name.”

— John 20:31

📖 TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real…

Most people don’t read the Bible unless:

  • they need help

  • something is going wrong

  • they’re looking for answers

And that’s okay.

But here’s the truth:

The Bible isn’t just something you go to when you need something.

It’s how you get to know God for real.

God isn’t just trying to give you rules…

He’s trying to build a relationship with you.

Sometimes the Bible can feel like:

  • something you have to do

  • something boring

  • something you don’t fully understand

But God is inviting you into something different:

not pressure… but connection

You don’t have to know everything.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You just have to be willing to show up.

And when you do?

You’ll start to notice:

  • more peace

  • more clarity

  • less confusion

  • less feeling alone

Because you’re not just reading words…

you’re getting to know God.

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEEN

Focus: Energy & Focus

What you put in your body affects how you feel:

  • mentally

  • emotionally

  • physically

This week, pay attention to how you feel after you eat.

Do certain foods make you feel tired or drained?

💛 Simple Challenge for This Week:

Pick one small change:

drink more water

eat at least one fruit or vegetable each day

Small changes can help you:

think clearer

feel better

have more energy

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Do I only go to God when I need something, or do I want to know Him?

  2. What’s one small way I can spend time with God this week?

  3. How do I feel when I slow down and actually try to connect with Him?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

Amazing LORD,

Help me slow down and get to know You for real.

Not just when I need something, but because I want a relationship with You.

Meet me where I am and help me grow from there.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🙏🏼DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

From Survival to Surrender — A Daily Proclamation (Teens)

God, today I stop pretending I’m okay when I’m not.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender —

not because I’m weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

👋🏼 Opening Welcome

😊 “Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

👏🏼😊 Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week we celebrate:

  • Staying steady even when things felt overwhelming

  • Choosing not to react to everything around you

  • Taking a moment to pause instead of rushing decisions

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

💞 Job well done.

👏🏼 Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” — Isaiah 26:3

💛 Reflection:

Perfect peace doesn’t mean life is quiet.

It means your mind can be steady even when life feels loud.

Take a moment and thank God for being your peace —

even when everything around you isn’t calm.

😊 Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Some days feel loud.

Thoughts racing.

Pressure building.

Opinions everywhere.

And if we’re honest…

we’ve all felt shaken before.

But here’s the truth:

We don’t have to live shaken.

We don’t have to:

  • react to every comment

  • prove ourselves to everybody

  • match someone else’s pace

  • answer every opinion

That’s exhausting.

And we’ve all been there.

But when our identity is rooted in God…

we can be steady on the inside

even when everything around us feels unstable.

We can breathe.

We can pause.

We can be settled.

🍎 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

Pay attention to what your body needs

That could look like:

  • Eating when you’re actually hungry (not just stressed or bored)

  • Drinking water when you feel off

  • Slowing down while you eat

Being settled isn’t just spiritual —

it’s also physical.

Listen to your body. Respect it.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

This week:

Try a slow stretch or quiet movement

  • Stretch your arms

  • Roll your shoulders

  • Take deep breaths

Let your body catch up with your mind.

This is how we reset.

💛 Reflection Activity

“Settled vs. Shaken” Reflection

Think about this:

  • What usually makes you feel overwhelmed?

  • When do you feel the most pressure?

  • What helps you feel calm again?

Now complete this:

“This week, instead of reacting, I will ________.”

Keep it real. Keep it honest.

🙏🏽 Closing Prayer

LORD,

Thank You for being our peace in the middle of everything.

When our thoughts are racing and life feels loud,

help us to slow down and focus on what is true.

Teach us not to react to everything,

but to be steady in You.

Help us make wise choices,

not based on emotions,

but based on truth.

Give us calm minds, strong hearts, and clear direction.

🎯 Theme: Your Labor Is Not in Vain

(Eternal Perspective)

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT): 1 Corinthians 15:58

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

We’re ending this month with the final part of the verse:

“Knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

Vain means empty.

Pointless.

Wasted.

And sometimes, as a teen, it can feel like your effort doesn’t matter.

You try to do the right thing.

You try to stay faithful.

You try to obey.

You try to grow.

And sometimes:

• nobody notices

• nobody thanks you

• nobody understands

• nobody sees how hard you’re trying

But here’s the truth:

Nothing done in God is wasted.

Not your prayers.

Not your tears.

Not your obedience.

Not your quiet faithfulness.

Not the times you chose integrity instead of popularity.

Some things produce visible results.

Some things grow invisible roots.

Both matter.

You may not see the impact right away.

You may not feel the reward immediately.

You may not get applause.

But God sees.

Eternal perspective means remembering that what you do for God lasts longer than opinions, trends, or temporary reactions.

Keep planting.

Keep serving.

Keep trusting.

Your effort in God is not wasted.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Rest & Recovery

When you’re tired, everything feels heavier.

If you’ve been feeling drained, check your rest.

Are you constantly pushing yourself?

Are you staying up too late?

Are you ignoring when your body needs a break?

Sustained obedience requires sustainable habits.

Rest is not weakness.

It’s wisdom.

Caring for your body helps you continue the work without burning out.

😊 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Where have I felt like my effort didn’t matter?

  2. Am I measuring my impact by people’s reactions or by God’s approval?

  3. What would change if I truly believed my obedience is never wasted?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

When I feel unseen or tired, remind me that You see me.

Help me trust that my effort in You is never wasted.

Give me strength to keep going.

Give me perspective when I feel discouraged.

Teach me to live for what lasts.

In Jesus’ Name we praise and we

Amen.

🙏🏼DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

👏🏽Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

😊 Opening Welcome

👋🏼 😊 “Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

👏🏽😊Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week we celebrate:

  • Showing up — even when you didn’t feel like it

  • Trying — even when it was hard

  • Not giving up — even when things didn’t go your way

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏽😊 Job well done.

Prais

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖 Scripture:

“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:14

💖 Reflection:

God didn’t rush when He created you.

Your personality.

Your voice.

Your strengths.

Even the things you’re still growing in…

None of it is random.

👏🏽😊 Take a moment and thank God — not for what you’ve achieved, but for who you are.

🌈Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Sometimes we feel like we only matter when:

  • People notice us

  • We perform well

  • We fit in

  • We prove something

And when those things don’t happen…

we start questioning our worth.

But the truth is:

We don’t matter because we proved something.

We matter because God created us — on purpose.

And yeah…

we all have moments where we:

  • feel invisible

  • compare ourselves

  • feel like we’re not enough

That’s real.

But even in those moments…

We still matter.

And we have to remind ourselves of that — together.

🍎 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

Eat something that actually fuels you

That could be:

  • Drinking more water

  • Adding fruit or vegetables to one meal

  • Choosing something that gives you energy instead of draining you

Your body matters too — because you matter.

No pressure. No extremes. Just one better choice.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

This week:

Take a 5–10-minute walk

Stretch your body

Or just step outside and breathe

Movement helps reset your mind and reminds you:

💖 “I’m here. I’m alive. I matter.”

🌈 Reflection Activity

“You Matter” Reflection

Write or think about:

  • One thing you like about yourself

  • One strength you have

  • One way you showed up this week

Then finish this sentence:

“I matter because ________.”

Keep it simple. Keep it real.

🙏🏽Closing Prayer

Amazing LORD,

Thank You for creating each of us on purpose.

Help us to see ourselves the way You see us —

not based on what we do,

but based on who we are in You.

When we feel invisible… remind us we are seen.

When we feel unsure… remind us we are chosen.

When we compare… remind us we are enough.

Help us take care of our minds, our bodies, and our choices.

Give us peace, confidence, and courage to grow.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

💖😊 Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

🎯 Theme: In the Work of the Lord

(Definition + Calling)

📖KEY VERSE (NLT):

1 Corinthians 15:58

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord,

knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

🌈 TEEN MESSAGE

Over the past few weeks, we’ve talked about:

• being steadfast

• being immovable

• always abounding

Now we focus on something important:

💛 “In the work of the Lord.”

So, what is the work?

It’s not just preaching.

It’s not just singing in church.

It’s not just standing on a stage.

The work of the Lord is bigger — and closer — than that.

For teens, the work of the Lord can look like:

• telling the truth when lying would be easier

• choosing integrity when no one is watching

• showing patience with your siblings

• refusing to join gossip

• helping someone who feels left out

• doing your schoolwork with effort

• honoring your commitments

The work of the Lord is obedience in everyday life.

It’s not about performance.

It’s about calling.

Sometimes you might feel like your life isn’t “big” enough to matter.

But if you belong to God, you have work.

Work doesn’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes it looks ordinary.

Showing up.

Staying faithful.

Keeping your word.

Choosing kindness.

Your everyday decisions are shaping your character.

And character is kingdom work.

If you breathe and belong to God, you have work.

And your work matters.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Energy & Focus

You can’t show up for your calling if you’re constantly exhausted.

Check your daily habits this week:

• Are you eating regularly?

• Are you drinking enough water?

• Are you getting enough sleep?

• Are you managing your screen time?

Your body supports your purpose.

Strength to serve.

Energy to focus.

Clarity to think well.

Taking care of your body is part of honoring your calling.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What does “the work of the Lord” look like in my everyday life?

  2. Where have I been comparing my calling to someone else’s?

  3. What small act of obedience can I practice this week?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Help me understand the work You’ve placed in front of me.

Teach me to value small obedience.

Give me strength to stay faithful.

Help me serve without comparing myself to others.

Let my everyday life reflect You.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

😊 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

  • Sticking with this journey all month

  • Reflecting instead of rushing

  • Thinking seriously about your choices

  • Showing courage by being honest with yourself

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏽😊 Praise

📖Scripture:

“Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve… But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

— Joshua 24:15

💛 Reflection:

God gives us the freedom to choose — and He invites us to choose Him.

Every choice we make is helping build something.

💛 Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

What Kind of Life Am I Building Right Now?

Not someday.

Not when things calm down.

Right now.

Every habit, decision, word, and relationship is adding to the foundation of your life.

Some choices strengthen the foundation.

Some choices weaken it.

💛 Building on the Rock means:

  • Choosing what lasts, not just what feels good

  • Pausing before reacting

  • Trusting God with direction, not just emergencies

💛😊 This week is about slowing down and checking the foundation.

🍎Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

💛 Reflection focus:

  • Notice what helps you feel steady and clear

  • Notice what throws you off balance

Strong foundations start with awareness.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

Try this:

  • Place your feet flat on the floor

  • Sit or stand tall

  • Take three slow breaths

Ground yourself — like a house built on solid ground.

💛 Reflection Activity (Activity Week)

Take a few quiet moments for this activity.

💛Choose one way to reflect:

  • Draw a rock and write “Jesus” on it

  • Write or list choices that strengthen your foundation

  • Write one commitment you want to make moving forward

This is not about perfection.

It’s about direction.

🙏🏼Closing Prayer

“God, thank You for walking with us this month.

Help us build wisely.

Guide our choices.

Strengthen our foundation.

We commit our lives, our decisions, and our future to You.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.”

🎯 Theme: Always Abounding (Active Obedience)

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT): 1 Corinthians 15:58

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding

in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

💛 TEEN MESSAGE

Over the past two weeks, we’ve talked about being steadfast and being immovable.

Now we move to the next part of the verse:

💛 Always abounding.

Abounding means growing.

It means increasing.

It means moving forward.

This is not passive faith.

This is active obedience.

God is not asking you to just believe quietly.

He is inviting you to participate.

Abounding looks like:

• serving even when nobody notices

• choosing growth even when it feels uncomfortable

• stepping forward even when you’re unsure

Some people stay firm but never move.

Some people stand strong but never grow.

But abounding means:

“I’m not just surviving — I’m progressing.”

It’s praying and then taking action.

It’s trusting and then stepping.

It’s believing and then obeying.

Active obedience doesn’t have to be dramatic.

It can look like:

• apologizing when you were wrong

• choosing discipline over distraction

• finishing what you started

• helping someone without being asked

• staying consistent even when it’s boring

Always abounding does NOT mean frantic.

It doesn’t mean doing everything.

It means being faithful in what God has already placed in front of you.

Small obedience builds strong character.

Growth doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens by participation.

This week, ask yourself:

Where is God inviting me to move instead of staying stuck?

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Habits & Discipline

Growth requires consistency.

If you want to grow spiritually, check your habits.

Are you:

• staying up too late and running on low energy?

• distracted by your phone more than you realize?

• putting off what needs to be done?

Active obedience includes discipline.

Try one small step this week:

Finish your homework before scrolling.

Drink more water.

Move your body.

Go to bed earlier.

Consistency builds strength.

Faith moves spiritually — and physically.

💛 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Where in my life have I been stuck instead of growing?

  2. What small act of obedience could I practice this week?

  3. Am I participating in what God is doing, or just watching from the sidelines?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Help me not to stay stuck.

Show me where You want me to grow.

Give me courage to move forward.

Teach me how to obey in small things.

Make my faith active.

Make my obedience real.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen

💛 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment

📖 (Matthew 7:25 … the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.)

👏🏽 Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

😊 Opening Welcome

👋🏼 “Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

💖 This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

👏🏽😊Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week, we celebrate:

  • Choosing your words carefully

  • Thinking before posting or speaking

  • Encouraging someone instead of tearing them down

  • Being aware of how your actions affect others

💛 “Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏽 Job well done.

👏🏽👏🏽 Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖 Scripture:

“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

— Proverbs 18:21

💛 Reflection:

Our words are powerful.

They can build someone up or break someone down — including ourselves.

God cares about how we speak because He knows how deeply words land.

💛 Take a moment to thank God for giving us the ability to choose life with our words.

🗣 Real Talk

💛 “Now let’s talk real life.”

How Do My Words and Actions Affect Others?

What we say — online or in person — matters more than we think.

Sometimes influence looks like:

  • A comment

  • A text

  • A repost

  • A joke

  • Silence when someone needs support

We don’t need a microphone to make an impact.

People are always watching how we respond, how we talk, and how we treat others.

💛 Building your life on the Rock means:

  • Speaking with intention

  • Choosing kindness even when it’s not popular

  • Letting your actions match what you say

We can be a light without being preachy — just by being real and respectful.

🍎 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

  • Notice how certain foods affect your mood and energy

  • Choose one meal or snack that helps you feel steady instead of sluggish

What we put into our bodies can affect how we speak and respond.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

Try this:

  • Stand up and stretch your arms wide

  • Roll your shoulders back

  • Take three slow breaths

Let your body reset so your mind can stay clear.

🙏🏼 Closing Prayer

“God, thank You for reminding us that our words matter.

Help us speak life, encouragement, and truth.

Guide our actions so they reflect Your love.

Cover our hearts, minds, bodies, and choices.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.”

😊 Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.

🎯Theme: Be Immovable

(External Pressure)

📖KEY VERSE (NLT): 1 Corinthians 15:58

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work

of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

💛TEEN MESSAGE

Last week we talked about being steadfast — what’s happening inside of you.

This week, we’re talking about something different:

Immovable.

Steadfast is internal.

Immovable shows up when pressure comes from outside.

Pressure can look like:

• opinions from friends

• drama in relationships

• comparison on social media

• family tension

• stress at school

• feeling misunderstood

Immovable does NOT mean stubborn.

It does NOT mean cold.

It does NOT mean pretending you don’t care.

⚓It means anchored.

It means when people shift, you don’t shift your character.

When circumstances change, you don’t change your obedience.

When feelings rise, you don’t abandon your faith.

A lot of teens feel pressure to move with whatever is trending, popular, or accepted.

But God is inviting you to something deeper:

Stability.

Being immovable means:

“My foundation is not approval.

My foundation is not popularity.

My foundation is not comfort.

My foundation is God.”

You might feel disappointment.

You might feel frustration.

You might feel confused.

But feelings are not foundations.

You can feel deeply and still stand firmly.

Immovable means:

Even when everything around me feels unstable,

I will not walk away from who God is shaping me to be.

External pressure does not cancel your purpose.

And what you do for the Lord — even if nobody sees it — is not wasted.

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Stress & Anxiety

External pressure affects your body.

If you’ve been feeling tense, anxious, or overwhelmed, pause this week and check your breathing.

Are you holding stress in your shoulders?

Are you clenching your jaw?

Are you constantly on edge?

Try this:

Slow down your breathing for one minute.

Inhale slowly.

Exhale slowly.

Stability in your spirit can begin with calm in your body.

Immovable doesn’t mean ignoring stress.

It means responding wisely to it.

💛TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What kind of pressure am I feeling right now from people or circumstances?

  2. When I feel pressured, do I compromise who I am or stay rooted?

  3. What would being “anchored” in God look like for me this week?

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

Amazing God,

When pressure rises around me, help me stay grounded.

When opinions feel loud, help Your voice be louder.

Teach me how to stand firm without becoming hard.

Teach me how to feel without falling apart.

Make me immovable in You.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name,

We Praise and we Pray,

Amen.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender —

not because I’m weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

💕Much love for you all!!!

😊Have an amazingly fun, safe, Blessed week

🌈TEEN FRIDAYS: Building Your Life on The Rock (Matthew 7:25)

📅Friday, April 24, 2026

👏🏼Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

👋🏼😊 Opening Welcome

“Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week we celebrate:

  • Showing up even when you felt unnoticed

  • Continuing to try even when no one said anything

  • Doing the right thing when no one was watching

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

Job well done.

Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

“O Lord, You have searched me and known me… You understand my thought afar off.” — Psalm 139:1–2

Reflection:

God knows you — completely.

Not just what people see on the outside…

but your thoughts, your feelings, your heart.

Take a moment and thank Him for seeing you fully —

even in the moments no one else does.

Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

It’s possible to be surrounded by people…

and still feel unseen.

We’ve all had moments where we wondered:

“Does anyone really notice me?”

And if we’re honest…

that feeling can hurt.

But here’s the truth:

Being seen isn’t about attention.

It’s about being known.

And even when people miss it…

God doesn’t.

He sees:

  • your effort

  • your quiet struggles

  • your questions

  • your disappointments

Even when:

  • you don’t say anything

  • you don’t get recognized

  • you feel overlooked

You are not invisible.

God sees the real you…

and He stays.

Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

Check in with yourself

Ask:

  • Have I eaten today?

  • Have I had water?

  • Am I ignoring what my body needs?

Sometimes when we feel unseen, we stop taking care of ourselves.

But you still matter.

Take care of you — even when no one else notices.

Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

This week:

Do something just for you

  • Take a quiet walk

  • Sit outside

  • Stretch and breathe

Not for attention.

Not for anyone else.

Just to remind yourself:

“I’m here. I matter. I’m seen.”

Reflection Activity

“I Am Seen” Reflection

Think about:

  • When do you feel most unseen?

  • What do you wish people understood about you?

Now complete:

“Even when others don’t see me, God sees ________.”

Be honest. Be real.

Closing Prayer

Lord,

Thank You for seeing us — fully and completely.

When we feel overlooked or unnoticed,

remind us that we are never invisible to You.

You see our effort.

You see our struggles.

You see our hearts.

Help us not to depend on people for validation,

but to rest in knowing that we are known by You.

Give us peace, confidence, and comfort in that truth.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.”

Job well done.

You’re Uniquely Amazing!

MUCH LOVE FOR YOU ALL!

😊💕 Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

😊Opening Welcome

👋🏼 “Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

💛 This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

👏🏼😊Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week, we celebrate:

  • Saying no when it would’ve been easier to say yes

  • Thinking before reacting

  • Pausing instead of following the crowd

  • Choosing what’s right, even quietly

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

💖 Job well done.

👏🏼Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖 Scripture:

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”

— 1 Corinthians 10:13

💛Reflection:

God already knows the pressure you face — and He doesn’t leave you alone in it.

When temptation shows up, God shows up too.

There is always a way out, even when it feels hard to see.

Take a quiet moment to thank God for being faithful when pressure hits.

💛 Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

What Do I Do When Pressure Hits?

Pressure shows up in a lot of ways:

  • “Everyone else is doing it.”

  • “Don’t be weird.”

  • “Just this once.”

  • “No one will know.”

But building your life on the Rock means you don’t let pressure decide your choices.

We’re learning together that:

  • Blending in isn’t the same as belonging

  • Saying no can be strength, not weakness

  • You don’t have to follow the crowd to be accepted

Choosing the Rock won’t always be popular — but it will keep you standing.

🍎 Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

  • Pause before eating — notice if you’re hungry or stressed

  • Choose one food that fuels your body instead of draining it

Pressure affects our bodies too. Listening to your body is part of wisdom.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

Try one:

  • Shake out your arms and shoulders

  • Take five slow, deep breaths

  • Walk for two minutes and reset your thoughts

Movement helps release stress and clears your mind when pressure builds.

🙏🏼Closing Prayer

“God, thank You for being faithful when pressure hits.

Help us recognize temptation and choose the way out You provide.

Give us courage to stand firm when it would be easier to blend in.

Cover our hearts, minds, bodies, and choices.

In Jesus’ Perfect Name,

We Praise and we Pray,

Amen.”

💛 Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.”

👏🏼😊Job well done.

🎯Theme:

Be Steadfast — Strength That Stays

📖KEY VERSE (NLT):

1 Corinthians 15:58

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always

abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in

vain in the Lord.”

🌈TEEN MESSAGE

This month, we’re sitting in one verse.

Not rushing it.

Not skimming it.

Not just reading it and moving on.

Today we start with two words:

Be steadfast.

Steadfast means staying steady — even when everything around you feels unsteady.

It’s easy to say you trust God when life feels good.

But what about when:

• a friendship shifts

• someone disappoints you

• something you prayed for doesn’t happen

• your plans fall apart

• your feelings are all over the place

God still answers prayer.

Sometimes the answer is yes.

Sometimes it’s no.

Sometimes it’s wait.

But He answers.

The real question is:

Will you stay rooted when the answer isn’t what you wanted?

Steadfast doesn’t mean you don’t feel hurt.

It doesn’t mean you don’t cry.

It doesn’t mean you don’t get frustrated.

It means you don’t walk away from God when things feel confusing.

Being steadfast is an internal posture.

😊It’s choosing:

“I’m not quitting.”

“I’m not disconnecting.”

“I’m not giving up just because I don’t understand.”

A lot of teens are strong when things are going well.

But real strength shows up when:

• you feel left out

• you feel misunderstood

• you feel disappointed

• you feel unsure of what’s next

💪🏽God is inviting you to build strength that stays.

Not strength that shows off.

Not strength that performs.

Strength that stays.

💕And when your roots are deep in God, storms may shake you — but they won’t uproot you.

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Rest & Sleep

When emotions shift, your body feels it.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or stressed, check your sleep.

Are you staying up too late scrolling?

Are you running on low energy?

Are you trying to “push through” instead of resting?

💪🏽Steadfastness requires strength — and strength requires rest.

God designed your body to reset at night.

Try one small shift this week:

Go to bed 30 minutes earlier.

Put your phone down sooner.

Let your body recover.

Consistency builds strength.

🤔TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What situation in my life right now is testing whether I’ll stay steady?

  2. When I feel disappointed, do I pull closer to God or drift away?

  3. What would staying rooted look like for me this week?

🙏🏽CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Sometimes it’s hard to stay steady.

When my feelings change, when people change, when plans change — help me not to walk away from You.

Build strength inside me.

Help me stay rooted.

Help me trust You even when I don’t understand.

Make my faith real — not just words.

In Jesus’ Perfect Mighty Name,

We Praise and we Pray

Amen.

🙏🏽DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

😊🙌Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week, we celebrate:

  • Showing up even when you felt unsure about yourself

  • Making it through moments when you questioned who you are

  • Choosing growth instead of giving up

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏽Job well done.

🙌🏽Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖Scripture:

“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

— Psalm 139:14

🤔Reflection:

God didn’t make a mistake when He made you.

Your worth isn’t based on opinions, likes, grades, or past choices.

You are created on purpose — by God — with intention.

Take a moment to thank God for who He says you are.

🗣Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Who Does God Say You Are?

The world is quick to give labels:

  • Too much

  • Not enough

  • Weird

  • Behind

  • Forgotten

But God’s voice is different.

You don’t build your life on the Rock if you’re letting other people define you.

If you don’t know who you are in Christ, it’s easy to build on sand.

We’re learning together to listen to God’s truth, not the world’s noise.

🍎Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

  • Eat one food that helps your body feel strong

  • Drink water before reaching for something sugary

Respecting your body starts with honoring how God made you.

🏃🏽‍♂️Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

Try one:

  • Stretch your arms and back

  • Take a short walk

  • Pause and breathe deeply for one full minute

Movement helps remind your body that you’re alive, capable, and growing.

🙏🏽Closing Prayer

“God, thank You for creating us with purpose and care.

Help us see ourselves the way You see us.

Break off labels that don’t come from You.

Help us build our lives on the truth of who we are in Christ.

Cover our hearts, minds, bodies, and choices.

Amen.”

🙌🏽Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week, we celebrate:

  • Making it through another week

  • Reflecting instead of reacting

  • Thinking about your choices and your future

  • Showing up even when it was hard

“Growth doesn’t always look loud.

Sometimes it looks like quiet strength.”

Seal it with:

“Job well done.”

🙌🏽Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because life is easy, but because God is steady.”

📖 Scripture:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”

(Proverbs 3:5)

🤔Reflection:

Life doesn’t always make sense.

Feelings change. Situations shift.

But God stays trustworthy.

Praising God means choosing trust — even when you don’t have all the answers.

Take a moment to thank God for guiding you, even when the path feels unclear

🗣Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Topic: Who Are You Trusting to Lead Your Life?

Leaning on something is one thing.

But letting something lead your life is another.

Every day, voices are trying to guide you:

  • Friends

  • Social media

  • Feelings

  • Pressure to fit in

But not every voice deserves the steering wheel.

😊Trusting God means letting Him lead, not just listening when it’s convenient.

Ask yourself:

  • Who is shaping my choices right now?

  • Whose voice do I follow when no one is watching?

  • Am I letting God guide my decisions — or just my emotions?

Building your life on the rock means choosing God as your leader, not just your backup plan.

🍎Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect

This week’s reminder:

  • Drink more water

  • Eat something that gives you energy

  • Pay attention to how your body feels

Your body supports your purpose.

Treat it with care.

🏃🏽‍♂️Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

🤔 Try this grounding moment:

  • Plant your feet on the floor

  • Roll your shoulders back

  • Take 5 deep breaths

🛌🏽Let your body reset and release tension.

🤔Reflection Activity (Week 4 Activity)

🧱 Building on the Rock Activity

Take a piece of paper and:

  • Draw a large rock

  • Write “Jesus” on the rock

  • Around it, write words that help keep you grounded
(faith, truth, prayer, wisdom, courage, self-control)

🤔Now reflect:

  • What helps you stay steady?

  • What pulls you off balance?

  • What is one choice you can make this week to build on the rock?

Storms will come —

but your foundation determines what stands.

🙏🏽Closing Prayer

“God,

Thank You for guiding us when we don’t have all the answers.

Help us trust You, lean on You, and build our lives on a strong foundation.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

😊 Closing Reminder

Love That Casts Out Fear

🗝️KEY VERSE (NLT):

📖 “Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear.”

— 1 John 4:18 (NLT)

✝️TEEN MESSAGE

Sometimes fear shows up quietly.

It can sound like “What if I mess up?”

“What if I’m not good enough?”

“What if people don’t accept me?”

God wants you to know something important today:

fear doesn’t get the final word — love does.

This doesn’t mean you’ll never feel afraid. Feeling fear doesn’t make you weak. It means you’re human. But when you begin to understand how deeply God loves you, fear stops being in charge.

God’s love isn’t based on how popular you are, how perfect you act, or how well you perform. His love is steady, secure, and always present — even when you’re unsure, anxious, or overwhelmed.

When you start living from God’s love instead of fear, you don’t have to prove yourself anymore. You can breathe. You can be honest. You can grow without pressure.

God is inviting you to trust this truth:

You are safe in His love.

🥗TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: stress & anxiety

Fear doesn’t just live in our thoughts — it affects our bodies too.

When we’re stressed or anxious, our bodies feel tense, tired, or restless. One simple way to care for your body this week is to slow down your breathing when you feel overwhelmed.

Try this:

  • Take a slow breath in through your nose

  • Hold it for a moment

  • Slowly breathe out through your mouth

Peace in your body helps your mind calm down too.

🤔 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. What are some fears that try to take control of my thoughts?

  2. How does knowing God loves me change the way I face those fears?

  3. What would it look like to choose trust instead of fear this week?

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Thank You for loving me with a love that is strong and steady.

Help me recognize when fear is trying to lead my thoughts or choices.

Teach me to trust Your love instead.

Help me live with courage, peace, and confidence in You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

📖Scripture:

“God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.”

🤔Reflection:

Life can feel loud and overwhelming, but God is not shaken by chaos.

When things feel unstable, He remains dependable.

Take a moment to thank God for being present even when things feel uncertain.

🗣️Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Topic: Who (or What) Are You Leaning On?

When life gets heavy, everyone leans on something.

Sometimes it’s friends.

Sometimes it’s distractions.

Sometimes it’s habits that don’t really help.

Building your life on the rock means learning who you trust when things get hard.

🤔Ask yourself:

  • Who do I turn to first when I’m stressed?

  • What do I rely on to feel okay?

  • Is it helping me grow or just helping me escape?

We’re learning together how to lean on God — not just when life falls apart, but every day.

🥗Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s focus:

  • Drink water throughout the day

  • Eat something that gives you real energy

  • Pay attention to how food affects your mood

Your body and mind are connected — caring for one helps the other.

🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

Try this:

  • Stretch your neck gently side to side

  • Take 3 deep breaths, slow and steady

Let your body release tension so your mind can reset.

⭐Encouraging Mondays Message — Teens Hub

🗓️For: February 9, 2026

🌈Theme: Love That Holds You Steady

📖KEY VERSE (NLT):

“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love.”

— Romans 8:38

⭐TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real — life as a teen can feel unstable.

Friendships change.

People disappoint you.

Emotions feel intense one day and confusing the next.

And sometimes it feels like you have to hold everything together by yourself.

But here’s the truth God wants you to know this week:

You are not being held together by your own strength.

You are being held by God’s love.

God’s love does not disappear when you mess up.

It doesn’t leave when you feel unsure, anxious, or overwhelmed.

It doesn’t depend on popularity, performance, or perfection.

This week, God is inviting you to stop asking, “Am I enough?”

and start resting in the truth that His love is enough — and it’s already holding you.

You don’t have to be strong all the time.

You don’t have to pretend you’re okay.

You don’t have to earn God’s care.

Nothing — not fear, not mistakes, not pressure, not opinions — can separate you from His love.

That love is steady when life feels shaky.

That love stays when others leave.

That love holds you even when you don’t know how to hold yourself.

🍇TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

🤔Focus: Rest & Stress Awareness

When stress builds up, our bodies feel it — tight shoulders, headaches, trouble sleeping, or feeling drained.

This week, try one small act of care:

  • Pause and take slow breaths when you feel overwhelmed

  • Step away from your phone before bed

  • Give your body permission to rest instead of pushing through exhaustion

🥗Taking care of your body is not weakness — it’s wisdom.

🤔TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. When do I feel the most pressure to “hold it all together”?

  2. What makes me doubt that God’s love is steady?

  3. What would it look like to trust God’s love instead of my own strength this week?

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Thank You for loving me in a way that doesn’t change.

When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that You are holding me.

Help me rest in Your love instead of trying to prove myself.

Teach me to trust You more each day.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

😊TEEN FRIDAYS: Building Your Life on The Rock!

🗓️Friday, February 13, 2026

📖 (Matthew 7:25 … the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.)

⭐👏🏼Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

😊Opening Welcome

“Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”

👏🏼Celebration & Recognition

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

This week, we celebrate:

  • Showing up even when the week felt heavy

  • Making it through school one day at a time

  • Choosing not to give up

  • Trying again after a hard moment

“Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏼😊 “Job well done.”

👏🏼✝️ Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖Scripture:

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” (Psalm 107:1)

🤔Reflection:

God’s faithfulness doesn’t depend on how our week went.

He is steady even when life feels shaky.

Take a quiet moment to thank God for one thing — big or small — that helped you get through this week.

⭐Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Topic: Pressure and Choices

Every day, you’re making choices — about friends, words, actions, and values.

Some choices feel small, but they add up.

Some pressure feels loud, but it doesn’t get the final say.

Jesus reminds us that when we build our lives on Him, we don’t have to follow every voice around us.

We don’t have to choose what’s popular — we can choose what’s right.

🪨Building your life on the rock means asking:

  • Does this choice help me grow?

  • Does it pull me closer to God or farther away?

  • Will this still matter after the pressure passes?

We’re learning — together — how to choose wisely.

🥗Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

This week’s reminder:

  • Eat regularly when you can

  • Drink water

  • Pay attention to how food makes you feel

Fueling your body helps your mind focus and your emotions settle.

Small choices count.

🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

Try this:

  • Stretch your arms and shoulders

  • Take 5 deep breaths

  • Roll your neck gently side to side

Movement helps release stress and reset your mind.

🙏🏼Closing Prayer

“God,

Thank You for being our steady foundation.

Help us make choices that honor You.

Strengthen our hearts, calm our minds, and guide our steps.

Teach us to build our lives on what lasts.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

⭐Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.”

👏🏼😊 “Job well done.”

💞MUCH LOVE FOR YOU ALL!

💕Theme: Rooted in God’s Love

📖KEY VERSE (NLT): 1 John 4:16

“We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in His love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.”

✝️TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real for a minute.

A lot of pressure gets placed on you — to fit in, to look a certain way, to perform, to be liked, to be strong all the time. Sometimes it feels like your value depends on how others see you or how well you’re doing.

But God wants you to know something important this week:

You don’t have to earn His love.

You don’t have to prove yourself.

You don’t have to be perfect.

💞God’s love isn’t based on popularity, performance, or approval. It’s steady. It’s secure. And it doesn’t disappear when you mess up.

When you are rooted in God’s love, fear loses its power. You stop chasing validation and start finding peace. You begin to see yourself the way God sees you — loved, chosen, and deeply valued.

This week, God is inviting you to stop striving and start resting in Him. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to stay connected.

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

🛌🏼Rest & Sleep

When your mind is tired, everything feels heavier.

Getting enough rest helps your body reset and your emotions settle.

This week, try to:

  • put your phone down a little earlier

  • create a calm nighttime routine

  • remind yourself that rest is not lazy — it’s healthy

When your body rests, your heart can hear God more clearly.

🤔TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Where do I usually look for approval — and how does that make me feel?

  2. What would it look like to believe I’m already loved by God?

  3. How can I remind myself of God’s love when I feel unsure or pressured?

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Thank You for loving me exactly where I am.

Help me stop comparing myself to others and rest in who You created me to be.

Teach me to trust Your love and walk confidently in it every day.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

💕😊 DAILY PROCLAMATION (TEENS)

Before we close, I want to invite you — only if you feel led — to say this proclamation with me.

This is a daily choice, not a one-time moment.

From Survival to Surrender — A Daily Proclamation (Teens)

💞God, today I stop pretending I’m okay when I’m not.

God, I don’t just want to get through life —

I want to live whole.

Lead me.

Shape me.

Strengthen me.

I choose surrender —

not because I’m weak,

but because You are strong.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

💕😊Much love for you all!!!

💞Have an amazingly fun, safe, Blessed week!

🌟TEEN FRIDAYS: Building Your Life on The Rock🪨

📖Friday, February 6, 2026

📖(Matthew 7:25 — “…the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.”)

🙌🏼😊Praise • Real Talk • Clean Eating • Move!

👏🏼Opening Welcome!

“Hey everyone, welcome to Teen Fridays!

This space is just for you — a safe place to grow, to breathe, and to become who God created you to be.”!

😊Celebration & Recognition:

“Before we begin, we want to celebrate you.”

Today we celebrate:

  • Showing up — even when you didn’t feel like it

  • Trying — even when things feel heavy

  • Choosing to keep going

  • Being here right now

🤔 “Growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real.

Effort matters. Progress matters. You matter.”

👏🏼✝️Job well done.

🙌🏼Praise

“Let’s take a moment to praise God — not because everything is perfect, but because He is faithful.”

📖Scripture: Psalm 18:2 “The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.”

🤔Reflection:

God is steady.

God doesn’t shift.

When life feels unstable, He stays the same.

Take a breath.

Thank God for one thing right now — silently or out loud.

🗣️Real Talk

“Now let’s talk real life.”

Here’s the question for today:

Are you building your life on the Rock — or on sand?

✨Jesus talked about two houses:

  • One built on rock

  • One built on sand

The storm came to both houses.

Life doesn’t skip anyone.

But only one house stayed standing.

Why? 🤔

“…it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” 👏🏼💕

(Matthew 7:25)

🪨Rock is what holds you when things get hard.

⌛Sand is what feels good for a moment but can’t support you long-term.

Rock looks like:

  • Truth

  • Obedience

  • Trusting God even when it’s hard

  • Making choices that protect your future

Sand looks like:

  • Going along just to fit in

  • Acting on feelings without wisdom

  • Ignoring what you know is right

We’re not judging.

We’re learning — together. 😊

🍇Clean Eating / Body Care

“Taking care of your body is not about perfection — it’s about respect.”

Your body matters.

What you eat matters.

How you treat yourself matters.

One simple reminder: 🤓

  • Eat something real today

  • Drink water

  • Listen to your body

No shame.

No extremes.

Just Care.

🤸🏼‍♀️Move!

“Movement doesn’t have to be intense — it just has to be intentional.”

Right now:

  • Stretch your arms

  • Roll your shoulders

  • Take a deep breath in… and out

😊Movement helps your mind reset and your body release stress.

Closing Prayer

“God, thank You for every teen here.

Cover their hearts, their minds, their bodies, and their choices.

Help them build their lives on You — the Rock that does not move.

Give them clarity, courage, peace, and strength.

Remind them they are loved, seen, and never alone.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

🤔Closing Reminder

“You’re not alone.

You’re growing.

You’re seen.”

Job well done. 🙌🏼

Wholeness Changes the Way We Love

📖KEY VERSE (NLT):

“You are complete through your union with Christ.”

(Colossians 2:10, NLT)

✝️ TEEN MESSAGE

Here’s an important truth you need to hear:

You don’t need another person to complete you.

When we don’t feel whole inside, we sometimes expect friends or relationships to fill that space.

That can create pressure, disappointment, and hurt.

God reminds us that wholeness starts with Him.

When your identity is rooted in Christ:

• You don’t beg for approval

• You don’t settle for unhealthy connections

• You don’t lose yourself to keep others

Wholeness changes how you love — because you’re loving from security, not need.

🍎 TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

🤸🏽Focus: Energy & Focus

When your heart feels whole, your energy improves too.

Notice how taking care of your body — eating, resting, breathing — helps you feel more grounded and confident.

God designed your body to support your growth.

🤔 TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Do I ever look to people to fill something inside me?

  2. What helps me feel most grounded and secure?

  3. How can I remind myself that I’m already complete in Christ?

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

“Jesus,

Thank You for making me whole.

Help me love others from confidence, not emptiness.

Teach me to rest in who You say I am.

In Your name Jesus, Amen.”

✝️Theme: Trusting God With Our Connections

KEY VERSE (NLT): 📖Proverbs 3:5)

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart.”

❤️TEEN MESSAGE

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

A lot of relationship stress comes from trying to decide who to trust without asking God first. God sees what we can’t see — motives, intentions, timing, and direction.

Trusting God doesn’t mean being suspicious of everyone. It means letting God guide who walks closely with you.

😊When you trust God, you don’t have to guess.

😊When you trust God, you don’t have to force relationships.

😊When you trust God, He helps you choose wisely.

God wants to lead you — not confuse you.

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

🛌🏼Focus: Rest & Sleep

Trust also shows up in how well you rest.

When your mind is constantly overthinking friendships or situations, it can steal your sleep. God invites you to rest — mentally and physically.

Try putting your phone down a little earlier this week and giving your thoughts to God before bed.

🤔TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Is there a relationship I’ve been overthinking lately?

  2. What would it look like to trust God instead of guessing?

  3. How do I usually know when I feel at peace about a decision?

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

“LORD,

May You help us trust You with our choices and relationships.

May You guide & guard our steps and calm our thoughts.

May you Teach us to lean on You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

📅For January 12, 2026

💞Theme: The Influence That Heals

📗KEY VERSE (NLT): Proverbs 27:9, adapted from NLT

“People enjoy having friends who encourage them.”

TEEN MESSAGE

Let’s be real for a moment.

Not everyone who stays in your life is good for your heart.

Some people are around all the time but leave you feeling confused, drained, anxious, or less like yourself. God wants you to know that true friendship should bring peace, not pressure.

This doesn’t mean people have to be perfect. It means your connections should help you grow — not make you shrink.

God is inviting you to pay attention to how people influence you:

Do they bring you closer to who God is shaping you to be?

Or do they pull you away from peace and clarity?

Healthy friendships don’t replace God’s voice — they support it.

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Focus: Stress & Anxiety

Your body reacts to stress just like your heart does.

If certain friendships make your chest feel tight, your stomach hurt, or your thoughts race — that matters. God cares about your whole self.

This week, notice how your body feels after spending time with certain people.

🌈TEEN REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. How do I usually feel after being around my closest friends?

  2. Are there relationships that bring peace — or confusion?

  3. What would it look like to ask God for healthier connections?

🙏🏽CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

“Dear God,

Help me recognize the friendships that help me grow.

Give me wisdom and courage to choose peace.

Guide my heart and my relationships.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

✨Theme: God Is Doing Something New — Let’s Slow Down and Notice

📖 KEY VERSE (NLT):

“See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

— Isaiah 43:19

TEENS MESSAGE

A new year doesn’t mean you have to reinvent yourself overnight.

God isn’t asking you to rush, prove anything, or fix everything all at once.

He’s inviting you to notice what He’s already doing.

Sometimes we think “new” means louder, faster, or bigger.

But often, God’s new work starts quietly—

in how you think,

in how you rest,

in how you listen to your heart instead of the pressure around you.

You don’t have to keep pushing to be enough.

You don’t have to compare your pace to anyone else’s.

God works in seasons, not sprints.

If you feel tired, unsure, or in-between right now, that doesn’t mean you’re behind.

It might mean God is preparing you.

The new thing God is doing may not come from adding more—but from making space.

🍇TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

Theme Focus: Listening & Awareness

This week isn’t about rules or extremes.

It’s about learning to listen to your body with kindness.

Try noticing:

• When you feel hungry

• When you feel full

• When your body needs rest

• When stress shows up as tiredness or cravings

Caring for your body is not selfish.

It’s part of honoring the life God gave you.

Small awareness leads to big wisdom.

🌟TEENS REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  1. Where do I feel pressured to rush or prove myself right now?

  2. What might God be inviting me to slow down and notice?

  3. How can I take one small step this week toward rest or balance?

(No pressure to answer perfectly—honesty matters more.)

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

God,

Thank You for doing new things in my life—even when I can’t see them yet.

Help me slow down, listen, and trust You.

Teach me how to care for my heart, my mind, and my body with wisdom and grace.

I place this new season in Your wonderful hands.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen!

Much love for you all!!!

✨Theme:

💛 “God Is Making You New”

📖KEY VERSE (NLT)

“And the One sitting on the throne said, ‘Look, I am making everything new!’”

— Revelation 21:5

🌈TEEN MESSAGE

As this year comes to an end, it’s normal to think about what went right — and what didn’t.

Some moments made you proud.

Some moments hurt.

Some things you wish you could erase.

Here’s the good news:

You are not stuck with your past.

God is not finished with you — and He is not asking you to fix yourself before coming to Him.

Walking with God doesn’t mean you had a perfect year.

It means you’re willing to let Him renew your heart, your mind, and your direction.

When God says He makes things new, He’s talking about:

  • your mindset

  • your habits

  • your choices

  • your confidence

  • your future

Even if this year felt messy…

God can still make something beautiful out of it.

🍎TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS

“Reset, Not Punishment”

As the year ends, your body also needs care — not punishment.

This is not about extremes.

It’s about awareness.

Simple resets can help your body and mind feel lighter:

  • drinking more water

  • not eating late at night when you’re exhausted

  • choosing cleaner foods when you can

  • paying attention to how certain foods affect your mood and energy

Taking care of your body is not about looks.

It’s about clarity, strength, and honoring what God gave you.

🌈TEEN REFLECTION / CALL TO ACTION

Take a quiet moment and reflect honestly:

  1. What is one habit or mindset I don’t want to carry into the new year?

  2. What is one small change I can make that supports my peace — spiritually or physically?

  3. What does it look like for me to let God renew me instead of rushing myself?

🌈Call to Action:

Choose one small reset this week — not to be perfect, but to be intentional.

🙏🏼CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

“God, thank You for loving me enough to make me new.

Help me release what no longer helps me grow.

Renew my mind, strengthen my body, and guide my choices.

As I step into a new season, help me walk with You and trust Your process.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

💛Much love for you all!!!

Have a safe, reflective, and Blessed week.

🌈Encouraging Mondays — Teens Hub 📖

12-22-25

Theme:”He Shall Be Called…

KEY VERSE:

For a child is born to us, a Son is given to us. The government will rest

on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,

Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6

This week’s Encouraging Mondays message reminds us that Jesus’ names reveal who He is for us today, not just at Christmas.

He is called:

  • Wonderful Counselor — when you need guidance

  • Mighty God — when life feels heavy

  • Everlasting Father — when people fall short

  • Prince of Peace — when your mind feels restless

Teen Prayer

Lord, thank You for being everything I need.

Help me trust You as my Counselor, my Strength, my Father, and my Peace.

Guide my choices and quiet my heart when life feels overwhelming.

I place this week in Your hands. Amen.

This Week’s Action Step

Choose one name of Jesus that speaks to you most right now.

Then:

  • Share it with a friend, or

  • Talk about it with someone you trust

You don’t have to preach — just share why that name matters to you.

That simple conversation is discipleship in action.

🌈Encouraging Message — Teens Hub📖

For 12-15-2025

Theme: “Come Into the Light”

KEY VERSE:

“But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light… the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin.”

— 1 John 1:7

🌿TEEN MESSAGE:

Walking with God doesn’t mean walking perfectly.

It means walking honestly.

Teens need this reminder:

“You don’t have to pretend.

You don’t have to hide.

You don’t have to fix yourself before coming to God.”

✨Walking in the light means:

• being real

• being teachable

• being willing to grow

• letting God show you what leads to peace

And spiritually, mentally, and physically — light leads to freedom.

TEMPLE CARE FOR TEENS — “What You Eat Is Spiritual Too”

🌞Tell them:

“Your mind and mood are deeply connected to what you eat.”

Hidden sugars, high-sodium foods, and processed snacks affect:

• your energy

• your focus

• anxiety

• mood swings

• your ability to hear God clearly

💛Encourage:

“Pay attention to ingredients.

Choose foods that give life, not ones that drain you.”

🌿TEEN REFLECTION QUESTION

  1. Where in my life do I need to step back into God’s light?

  2. What is one hidden habit — physical or spiritual — I want God to shine on?

  3. What is one food or drink I can swap for a healthier, lighter choice?

🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER FOR TEENS

“Lord, shine Your light on my heart.

Help me walk honestly with You.

Help me choose what strengthens my spirit, mind, and body.

Guide me into real change.

In Your Name, Jesus, we Pray, Amen.”

🌈Much love for you all!!! Have an amazingly fun, safe, Blessed day and week! 💛

💛Real TALK TEENS — MONTHLY FOCUS

🌈Theme Title:

Standing Strong When the Pressure Is On

🌈Core Truth:

Peer pressure can make good people feel rushed, confused, or pulled into choices they don’t really want to make.

You are not weak for feeling pressure —

but you are strong when you pause and choose what’s right for you.

🌈What Peer Pressure Can Look Like:

Peer pressure isn’t always obvious.

🌈It can look like:

  • friends pushing you to do something you don’t feel comfortable with

  • feeling left out if you don’t go along with the crowd

  • being told “everyone’s doing it”

  • feeling like you have to change who you are to belong

Pressure can be quiet — but it can still be heavy.

⭐What You Can Remember:

  • You don’t have to decide in the moment

  • You don’t owe anyone an explanation for protecting yourself

  • Saying “no” doesn’t make you fake — it makes you wise

  • Real friends won’t pressure you to betray your values

Sometimes the strongest move is to step back.

✨Faith Connection:

God cares about the choices you make — not to control you, but to protect you.

You are never alone when you choose what’s right, even if it feels lonely at first.

God gives wisdom when you ask — and courage when you need it.

Practical Tip (Simple + Realistic):

If you feel pressured:

  • pause before responding

  • trust that uneasy feeling — it matters

  • talk to a trusted adult or safe person

  • remember: pressure fades, but consequences can last

🌈Monthly Reminder Line:

I can pause. I can choose. I can stand strong

🙏🏼Prayer for Teens

“God, help me rise above stress, fear, and pressure.

Give me wisdom, strength, and peace.

Guide my choices, my friendships, and my future.

Help me become everything You created me to be.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
