👏🏼💖 As I celebrate 62 years young this month, I’ve been reflecting on the many lessons, habits, routines, and resources that have helped me along the way.

Over the years, many people have asked me questions such as:

• What Bible do you read?
• What do you use in your smoothies?
• How do you care for your hair?
• What products do you use?
• What has helped you stay consistent in your faith and wellness journey?

The truth is, I didn’t wake up one day knowing all of these things.

I prayed.

I struggled.

I searched.

I learned.

And God answered.

That is why I created my TempleCare page.

This page is more than a collection of products. It is a reflection of a journey. Every item has a story. Some were discovered through prayer. Some through trial and error. Some through lessons learned over time. Together, they represent tools, habits, routines, and resources that have helped me care for my mind, body, and spirit while seeking to honor God.

Throughout my birthday month, I’ll be sharing many of these stories through videos, reflections, and conversations. Some products will be featured individually, while others may be grouped together. But every one of them has played a role in my journey.

My foundation remains the same today as it has always been: God’s Word.

Everything else simply supports the life He has called me to live.
