🎯 Today’s message is entitled:
“Living the Day with God”
📖 SCRIPTURE READING — (NLT)
Psalm 118:24
“This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.”
💛 ENCOURAGING MONDAYS REFLECTION
“Walking Through the Day with Him”
Family…
God is inviting us to bring everything we’ve learned this month into one simple, powerful way of living:
walking through the day with Him.
We’ve talked about:
• recognizing the day as a gift• choosing to rejoice• enduring when the day feels heavy• practicing gratitude
And now…
God is showing us how to live it—daily.
This is not about having a perfect day.
This is about having a connected day.
The Lord is gently reminding us that we don’t have to separate our lives from His presence.
God’s presence is not just for quiet moments.
It is for:
• your morning routine
• your responsibilities
• your conversations
• your decisions
• your challenges
Living the day with God means:
Inviting Him into every part of it.
Not just when something goes wrong. Not just when you need help.
But all throughout the day.
Because when you stay connected to Him…
your perspective stays steady your responses become more intentional your heart remains grounded
And the day begins to look different—not because everything changes…
but because you are walking through it with Him.
💛 ENCOURAGING THOUGHT FOR TODAY
If you’ve been feeling:
• disconnected throughout your day
• like you only think about God at certain times
• like your day moves faster than your awareness of His presence
Pause and remember:
God is not distant from your day.God is not limited to certain moments.God is present with you—through all of it.
God is still speaking.God is still drawing.God is still walking with you.
And you can walk with Him—moment by moment.
💛 ENCOURAGING ACTION
(Based on today’s Encouraging Thought)
So what does this look like in your everyday life?
When you wake up—Start your day with a simple invitation:“God, walk with me through this day. Help me stay aware of You.”
As you move through your responsibilities—Before starting something, pause briefly and say:“Lord, guide me in this moment.”
During conversations—Silently ask:“God, help me respond with patience and wisdom.”
When something unexpected happens—Instead of reacting immediately, pause and say:“Lord, help me handle this in a way that honors You.”
At different points in your day (morning, afternoon, evening)—Check in and say:“God, thank You for being with me. Help me stay connected to You.”
You don’t need a perfect routine.
You just need a willing heart that keeps turning toward Him.
That’s how you live the day with God.
🍎 TEMPLE CARE CHECK-IN
This journey is not about guilt or extremes.
It’s about awareness, stewardship, and grace.
You may be:
• consistent
• restarting
• adjusting
• learning
• observing
And all of it still counts.
This week let’s connect awareness of God to awareness of your body.
💛 Choose ONE moment each day to pause and check in:
• notice your breathing and slow it down
• release tension in your shoulders or body
• step away briefly to reset
• sit still for a moment instead of rushing
Use that moment to also say:
“God, thank You for being present with me right now.”
Your physical pause can become a spiritual connection point.
🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER
Lord,
Thank You for Your presence, Your patience, and Your consistency.
Bring our hearts into alignment with You. Shine on every place where we have been distracted, disconnected, or unaware of You.
Teach us how to walk with You throughout our day—not just in certain moments, but in all moments.
Help us to invite You into our thoughts, our decisions, our conversations, and our responses.
Remind us that You are always near.
Guide us. Steady us. And help us to live each day with You—intentionally and consistently.
In Jesus’ powerful, majestic name, we praise and pray,
Amen.
💛 DAILY PROCLAMATION
Before we close, I want to invite you—only if you feel led—to say a daily proclamation with me.
This is the proclamation I return to daily.
Not out of perfection, but out of surrender.
💖 From Survival to Surrender — My Daily Proclamation
🙏🏼 God, today I stop negotiating with You.
I stop hiding parts of my life behind excuses, wounds, and fear.
I stop managing sin instead of surrendering it.
I stop calling survival “strength” when it is really exhaustion.
I release every attachment that feels good but pulls me away from truth.
I let go of relationships, habits, and cycles that soothe me temporarily but cost me spiritually.
I acknowledge what I already know: what does not align with You cannot heal me.
Today, I surrender control.
I surrender comfort.
I surrender timing.
I surrender the false intimacy I’ve used to avoid true wholeness.
I choose alignment over appetite.
Obedience over urgency.
Healing over hiding.
God, I no longer want to survive — I want to live whole.
I invite You into every area I’ve kept guarded, delayed, or divided.
Lead my life.
Heal my heart.
Reorder my desires.
From this moment forward, I choose surrender —
not because I am weak,
but because You are strong.
In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.
CLOSING BLESSING
💖 Much love for you all!
😊 Have an amazingly Blessed day and week.
