📖 Today’s Message Is Entitled:
“Strength That Comes from Him”
📖 SCRIPTURE READING — (NLT)
Philippians 4:13
“For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”
💛 ENCOURAGING MONDAYS REFLECTION
“Strength Beyond Your Own”
Family…
God is inviting us to rethink what strength really is.
So often, we associate strength with pushing through, holding it together, or handling everything on our own. But the strength that God speaks of is not self-produced—it is God-supplied.
This is not about perfection. This is not about having it all together.
This is about dependence.
The Lord is gently reminding us that we were never meant to carry everything by ourselves. When Paul wrote that he could do all things through Christ, he wasn’t speaking from ease—he was speaking from experience. He had faced difficulty, pressure, uncertainty, and lack.
And yet…
He found strength.
Not in circumstances. Not in outcomes. But in Christ.
God’s presence brings a strength that does not rely on how things look or feel. It is steady. It is sustaining. And it meets us right where we are.
So if you’ve been feeling tired, stretched, or unsure…
You don’t have to become stronger on your own.
You are invited to receive strength from Him.
💛 ENCOURAGING THOUGHT FOR TODAY
If you’ve been feeling:
• overwhelmed• weary• unsure of your next step
Pause and remember:
You are not expected to do this alone. You are not required to have all the answers. You are not without help.
God is your strength.
God is still sustaining you.
God is still equipping you.
God is still walking with you.
🍎 TEMPLE CARE CHECK-IN
This journey is not about guilt or extremes. It’s about awareness, stewardship, and grace.
You may be:
• consistent• restarting• adjusting• learning• observing
And all of it still counts.
This week, let’s connect strength to stewardship.
Since God is our source of strength, let’s take one simple step to support the body He has given us.
Choose ONE intentional action this week:
• Drink more water before reaching for anything else• Add one fruit or vegetable to your day• Take a 10–15 minute walk or stretch• Pause and breathe before reacting when you feel overwhelmed
This is not about doing everything. It’s about doing something—with intention.
As you strengthen your body in small ways, remember:
God is strengthening you in deeper ways.
🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER
LORD,
Thank You for being my strength when I feel weak and my source when I feel empty.
Help me to stop relying only on what I can do on my own,and teach me how to depend on You more fully.
When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that I am not carrying this alone. When I feel unsure, remind me that You are guiding me.When I feel weary, remind me that Your strength is still available to me.
Strengthen my heart.Steady my mind. And align my life with Your will.
Help me to trust that through You, I have what I need for this moment.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
🙏🏼 DAILY PROCLAMATION
Before we close, I want to invite you—only if you feel led—to say a daily proclamation with me.
This is the proclamation I return to daily. Not out of perfection, but out of surrender.
From Survival to Surrender — My Daily Proclamation
God, today I stop negotiating with You.I stop hiding parts of my life behind excuses, wounds, and fear.I stop managing sin instead of surrendering it.I stop calling survival “strength” when it is really exhaustion.
I release every attachment that feels good but pulls me away from truth.I let go of relationships, habits, and cycles that soothe me temporarily but cost me spiritually.I acknowledge what I already know:what does not align with You cannot heal me.
Today, I surrender control.I surrender comfort.I surrender timing.I surrender the false intimacy I’ve used to avoid true wholeness.
I choose alignment over appetite.Obedience over urgency.Healing over hiding.
God, I no longer want to survive — I want to live whole.I invite You into every area I’ve kept guarded, delayed, or divided.Lead my life.Heal my heart.Reorder my desires.
From this moment forward, I choose surrender —
not because I am weak,
but because You are strong.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
🙏🏼 CLOSING BLESSING
💖 Much love for you all!
😊🙏🏼 Have an amazingly Blessed day and week.
