🍎Clean Eating Journey Focus Renewal!

💖 Over the past few weeks, I’ve been reflecting on my own clean eating journey. After what I jokingly call my “celebratory binge,” I realized this wasn’t about guilt or starting over. It was about renewing my focus and returning to the commitment I made to steward the body God has entrusted to me. As I spent time with the LORD, these words came to me. I wrote this poem first to encourage my own heart and then decided to share it in hopes that it might also encourage anyone else who is seeking to refocus on their own clean eating journey.

💛 A Renewed Focus After a Celebratory Binge

Sometimes life gets busy,
And our focus slips away.
We celebrate life’s blessings,
Then drift a bit each day.

But every renewed focus
Is a gift from God above.
He gently calls us closer
With His everlasting love.

Today’s another milestone,
Another chance to choose.
Not looking back with guilt or shame,
But knowing we can never lose.

God’s mercies greet each morning,
His grace is fresh and new.
He doesn’t ask for yesterday—
He simply says,
“Walk with Me anew.”

So today I choose to nourish
The body God designed.
To fuel it with His goodness,
And renew my heart and mind.

One choice becomes another,
One faithful step at a time.
Progress grows through daily trust—
Not pressure,
But His divine design.

If you’ve wandered from your purpose,
Or lost your healthy pace,
Remember God still meets you
With compassion, love, and grace.

So here’s to renewed focus,
To hope that’s born anew.
Let’s honor God together
In everything we do.

No guilt.
No shame.
No looking behind.

Just grateful hearts,
Renewed minds,
And one faithful step at a time.
